easy check in, comfortable, perfect location with everything on your doorstep. Will look to book again

a bit of a tight squeeze for 4 people but we were only staying a night so it wasn’t too much of a problem

the room was cosy, loved the den quality of the bed and tv. great central location

very noisy - could hear music all night which felt like we were above a nightclub, as well as other guests slamming doors all through the night. we stayed on a Friday and it was a great location, so fair enough, but wouldn’t recommend to people needing good quality sleep! also cold and couldn’t work out heating.

Incredibly noisy. The walls are paper thin, so you hear every step above you and people going up and downstairs, blowing their noses... Every little thing. Ear plugs were provided, thankfully.

The beds were comfy and room and bedding all well presented and clean.

The bathroom is in need of some TLC or a refurb - shower door was broken, shower didn’t drain properly and the shower tray was a bit stained and grotty. No flat surfaces to put toiletries on. The main front door to the building didn’t lock.

Lovely well-designed and modern room with good facilities. I enjoyed the airbnb-style check-in – it felt very private and more like our own space instead of a traditional hotel.

Unfortunately the bathroom in room 12 is worn and in need of renovation so that was a little disappointing compared to the rest of the room.

Great location, good size comfortable room, easy self check-in, TV with on demand/catch up functions, great toiletries, kitchenette v useful. Room support by phone very helpful.

Shower tray blocked so we were given access to another room to shower, also slow draining, but usable. Texts not monitored out of hours so must ring support number for assistance. Only one fork in cutlery tray.

Great location, easy check-in and comfortable room with Smart TV (Netflix etc) and Nespresso machine.

Better location

1. Before arriving, no one contact us. We can’t enter the hotel with the hotel offered PIN code. So that we lost a lot of time waiting at the door and knocking, no response. The phone service is horrible, we waste 30mins to wait someone to answer our phone. 2. No luggage store service. We place our luggage at the room with the permission of service staff. When we want to take our luggage back, we find that we can’t enter the room. It’s really really really horrible experience!

The location was great and the look of the room was nice. Easy check in and no issues with code used to enter the building or room.

It was so hot in the room! We had a tabletop fan but didn't keep the temperature down, this would put me off booking in the summer. Being on the ground floor meant we couldn't open windows. The bed was pretty solid too. Ashtray outside overflowing to the floor. We deffo payed for the location. TV apps decided to log out too so I used my own login details.

Fantastic location 2mins from the pier. Comfortable loft room, spacious enough for myself and my 3 kids. Comfy, clean white linen beds. Went out locally for breakfast but made use of the tea & coffee facilities in the room. Nice toiletries provided too. No staff present - self check in only but it worked really well and the owners texted me to check we’d got in ok which was a nice touch.

Bathroom in room 12 felt a bit tired.

Great twin room and amazing location.

Location was excellent. Easy access into accommodation. Excellent communication from before and during our stay. Really quirky decor. Everything you would want. Kettle. Coffee machine. Hairdryer. Definitely will be back.

One window wouldn't close. And the other wouldn't open at all.
