We we met at the property by our excellent host Giuseppe he was friendly and took the time to walk us round the property, explaining how everything worked. The property was spacious we were a group of 9 an never felt like we were tripping over each other. The villa was clean and well stocked with plenty of space for everyone to sit together either indoors our outside. The pool areas great and the furniture comfortable and clean. Guiseppe even provided cold drinks in the fridge which was very welcome in the august heat. We would definitely book this villa again.

The property is wonderful , everything you can imagine , pool very big and nice with personal parking and house fully air-conditioned . Rooms with en-suit and one big kitchen , Utilities all there and it was very comfortable as a Villa . Owner very nice and helpful.

The host was very good (although only speaking Italian, but hey what the heck) and interactive. The property is very spacious and the swimming pool was lovely and very relaxing. It was looked after several times by the owner and at the same time he brought some breakfast too!!

Although the location, away from the town and the highway, there is quite some traffic in the street. If you plan some trips in Sicily (West or South-West), bear in mind that the travel time might be a bit longer.

The pool was excellent and by far the best bit of the accommodation. Beds were comfortable. Showers good but although there were 3 you had to use one at a time or they affected each other and kept going hot and cold. Two fridges provided which was a bonus as you had plenty of room to keep drinks cold as well as your food. Coffee maker appreciated as was the dishwasher. Air conditioning good but didn't reach round the corner into the kitchen area so very hot when cooking.

Only a couple of the sinks had plugs and these did not fit correctly which was a bit curious and difficult when shaving. Only small tumblers provided - no tall glasses and only 3 wine glasses (yet this is a property for 10). Some of the mugs were chipped and there was no serrated knife for cutting bread. Only one tea towel was provided and in the drawers were rags which had been cut up from old curtains etc. Didn't like that at all. The towels provided were ok but were old and a mish mash rather than matching. Hardly any coathangers. Luckily we took pool towels with us or we would have struggled to have enough and there was only 4 of us. The outdoor barbecue and one time pizza oven have not been looked after so we ended up cooking food inside. The outdoor seating area needs some care - there was a fridge which wasn't plugged in, outdoor furniture past its best and a couple of old curtains - it was not very inviting. All these things would not cost much to rectify yet would make such a difference. The kitchen was not well equipped compared to other properties we have stayed in.
