We enjoyed a wonderful two week family holiday (eight of us including a three year old). The villa is truly exceptional and Steve and his wife, the owners, ensured we had a everything we could possibly need for a very great two weeks. We hope to return in the near future.

This villa is absolutely beautiful! We spent our holiday three families together and everybody loved the place. A very nice welcoming from the hosts. The kitchen is well equipped, the pool area is fantastic with a beautiful garden! We already miss the fantastic view over the Montgo’ mountain (some in the party climbed to the top) We have booked villas for many years in different countries but Villa Sedona is the best one! Thank you for a great holiday!

This beautiful, well equipped villa provided something for everyone in our 13 member family party, which spans 4 generations. All that Javea has to offer is within a very short drive, which we all enjoyed to the full.

The place has a superb poolside outdoor space, with all the alfresco catering equipment you need with an all important outdoor fridge for easy poolside drinks access :-). There are plenty of beds and areas for a large group and the garden has the sun all day (7adults and an infant <12mths).

Had a wonderful family holiday stay at the villa for my partners 40th birthday. Danielle and Steve were very good hosts. Extremely helpful and accommodating from enquiry and throughout our stay. We were provided a welcome pack on our arrival which was a nice touch :) The villa was in a good location, only a 5 minute car ride from the beach, restaurants, port and old town. Taxis were a reasonable price (10 Euros) and very easy to book if going out for an evening meal or drink. The villa is well equipped with everything you would desire and every room is beautifully decorated and has the most comfortable beds imaginable! The pool area is stunning, with lots of sun beds, two dining areas and lounge seating which means everyone has enough space to relax in the sun or shaded areas. The family LOVED the outside cooking area and our 9 month old enjoyed floating in the heated pool - there was even a little wetsuit he could wear if the weather had been a bit cooler! All in all 100% recommend staying here. Could not fault and we are looking at returning next year.

We have just returned from a wonderful week in Javea and the villa was nothing other than stunning. The bedrooms were all beautifully decorated and had on-suites upstairs. The owners have really thought about what you need whilst away on holiday and have provided many extras such as beach towels, sun umbrellas, ice machine, games console and sky TV. Everything a group of adults, tweens, kids and toddlers could ask for! The kitchen was well supplied and had everything you’d need and more to cater for a large group. BBQ area was excellent too and had different height settings to allow for greater control when cooking. The pool area was lovely and there was plenty of seating options. The owner Steve and his wife met us on arrival and showed us around and was very prompt to reply to my messages. They even left a welcome package of fruit, milk, bread, wine and beer which was greatly appreciated! We would throughly recommend it and hope to return again very soon.

What a lovely villa, 11 of us spent a week here and could not ask for anything better, from utensils to every day things you would use at home.

Excellent spacious and well found villa. The owners have tried to think of everything. Soap, towels (even beach). Welcome pack. Full real meaning TV in English. Few problems with pool filtration but owner visited daily till resolved. Likewise one brand new Aircon unit packed up. Fixed same day. We know Javea well and stayed locally five times. Best villa to date.

The villa was just perfect. We had other 3 grown up children and their partners and there was a real feeling of space in the villa. The bedrooms were excellent, all large with en-suite and we used all the upstairs rooms. the kitchen was large and had everything we needed and the outdoors was clean with first rate sun beds. a lovely clean pool and every facility we needed. The villa is brilliantly situated, just a short car ride to the beach or even a 25 leisurely stroll into Javea old town for breakfast. Taxis were easy to get and cheap too. A wonderful holiday and we are just finding the right week to book for next year. We may even try for two weeks the following year. Steve and Carol were extremely welcoming!

13 of us stayed in this property and it was fantastic, Steve and Carol answered every query before we arrived and while we were there in a friendly manner. House is to die for and has everything you need and more. Lovely welcome on arrival and a welcome pack. Pool was heated which was needed and many hours were spent there on lovely loungers with pool towels included. Table tennis was a bonus and the gardens were beautiful. Hope to return. Only downside was neighbours dogs barking but not much anyone can do about that!

The house is beautiful as shown in the listing. The outside space and pool in particular is fantastic. We benefitted from some excellent weather (around 25 degrees sun everyday for the last week in October) so spent most of our day and evening time outside and enjoyed pretending to live the millionaire life. The bedrooms are large and very comfortable (although found the wetrooms to be a bit wet!) The kitchen could do with some more cooking utensils (sharp knives/baking trays etc) for those who want to do any real cooking and the dogs barking in the farm or house behind was a bit irritating but overall it was a great place for a multi-generation family celebration.

We stayed as a family group to celebrate a 50th birthday. Ages ranged from 3 to 50 and all of us had a fantastic time. As this was our first villa holiday and we were in a large group, I had lots of questions and Danielle was brilliant at replying to them. The villa is in a good location, whilst it is a car journey to beach and shops, they are not too far away and we managed with taxis (around 10 euros to the beach). Photos are accurate and we could hardly believe how impressive the villa looked, there has been a lot of attention to detail in the decor and surroundings and it all added to a great stay. We had everything we needed in the villa itself and the pool was fabulous. Thanks to Danielle, Steve and his wife for their constant communication during the booking process and ensuring we had the best stay possible.

We stayed here for a week in June, we were a party of 9 and we were blown away by the villa! the entire place is stunning! The pool and outdoor area was fantastic, lots of sunbeds, plenty of sun and shaded places to keep cool. We asked for the pool to be heated and it was definitely worth it! The villa is a 5-10min taxi ride (10euros) away from Arenal beach, it has a prominade with lots of shops and restaurants - I definitely recommend to go. All the rooms are beautifully decorated, comfortable beds, aircon in every room, good quality hairdryers and plenty of towels. My only recommendation would be to put a few chairs on the back balcony over looking the pool, there are two rooms that lead to the balcony and it would of been nice to sit up there whilst getting ready to go out. Thank you to Danielle and Steve, they have been wonderful perfect hosts!! Danielle was only a phone call or text away if we needed anything, so thank you! we loved your beautiful villa so much, already planning to come back next year!!

Everything we could want, including a useful welcome pack. A few days just relaxing by the lovely pool. The local area has all that is required for a great stay but the marina and Dénia is a 20 min drive away and Valencia just 80 mins - both to be recommended. If you want to push the boat out the Orobianco restaurant at Calpe is 38 mins away with an incredible vista from its glass window dining area. We all had a great week at this excellent property and will definitely be booking again.

If I was to make any recommendations at all some of the feedback from my friends was that their showers didn’t drain well and on the first night they flooded their rooms (2/5 couples) and that beds were quite hard, both of mine were totally fine so can’t comment. Also lack of a kitchen bin and sharp knives were lacking when we did big lunches at the villa, but I’m really splitting hairs here. There are a lot of dogs in the local area that can make a lot of noise but this isn’t the fault of the villa; I would recommend putting down the electric shutters and closing the windows if you’re a light sleeper. The air con is very good.Overall 4.5/5.0 was the consensus across 10 people. Would definitely stay again. Location and villa are fantastic.

Just returned home following a wonderful week at Villa Sedona.We were a family 15, being of three generations:- grandparents, parents, and grandchildren.We were very kindly allowed to drop our luggage off late morning, enabling us to go down into Javea and have some lunch before checking into the villa in the afternoon.We knew from the photographs that the villa looked beautiful; however, it is more so, in reality. The furnishings, and artwork around the villa had obviously been chosen with care, and every room complimented the other.We have had several family villa holidays in Javea and other places, but I have to say that this was the most well equipped villa we have ever rented. There is an abundance of crockery, cutlery, pans etc in the kitchen; toiletries in all bathrooms, and a terrific welcome pack, relieving you of the task of dashing out on arrival to shop.The villa is only a short drive to the supermarkets, and ten minutes from Arsenal beach, all in all, an excellent location.All the children had a wonderful time in the pool which we had arranged to have heated, and there was plenty of sun beds or shaded seating for everyone.The kitchen layout was such the more than one could be cooking/preparing food at any one tine, and the bbq area was very well utilised by us also.We experienced just a couple if niggles, but these were dealt with speedily and satisfactorily. Both Steve and Danielle should be commended.

We enjoyed our stay in the Villa Sedona. Villa was perfect equipped. It is really as shown in the pictures. We were surprised to have a starter package in the kitchen when arriving :). Thanks to Steve for this wonderful vacation!

This was our first family holiday all together as a group of 14 (3 generations from 18 months to 67 years) to a villa, and it was perfect! We wanted a villa with space for us all, great outside area, not too far from an airport and close to the beach, and this ticks every box. The location is perfect, so close to everything but secluded enough, and the villa itself is spacious, modern and has everything you need. Spent alot of time outside by the pool and used the BBQ area in evenings. Great to have all facilities such as washing/lots of fridges and the kids were very impressed with the PS4 and netflix (when a rest was needed!) Villa also very cool due electric shutters and a/c if required. We particularly enjoyed it down by the port area in Javea, really lovely location. Highly recommend staying here! Danielle and Steve also very responsive when needed throughout the whole process, many thanks.

We had a marvellous week. The villa is spacious, bright and clean. The pool was cleaned before arrival and again mid week. The owners are down to earth, easy going, friendly and contactable. I was celebrating my 60th birthday and Steve, the owner left a bouquet of flowers for me as well as a welcome pack. Lovely touch! Our family of 13 enjoyed the space and spent most evenings sitting and eating around the BBQ area. The facilities are all good and ensuite rooms are all double bedrooms of good sizes. Plenty of space to lounge around. We had a big fridge fridge reezer which was great and 2 small fridges, one being outside which was very convenient. Things that could be better: waterfall was not working which was a shame and fridges could be colder. It might also we helpful to have a welcome book with info on the villa and local activities and whereabouts. Overall a great week with the family and a great villa. We would definitely book up again. Our family of 12 spanning 3 generations were all amazed at the quality of Sedona Villa. Every room was beautifully and tastefully equipped to give a touch of luxury. The space was generous and functional. The views from the balconies (to the mountains or the pool) were stunning. We barely strayed from the superb pool except to get drinks from the outside fridge or to use the BBQ. It was all very relaxing. Steve and Danielle made every effort to ensure that we would enjoy the whole experience. It was worth every penny. (We would give it 6 stars if we could!) David and Marion Chaplin. Aug 2018

We had a fantastic family holiday,old and young. The villa is exceptional, it had everything you needed.the interior was very modern and clean . We would definitely stop here again x

We have been to the villa three times in the last three years. We are a family group of ten of three generations and every one was delighted yet again. The villa is finished to a very high standard but we lived and dined outside by the pool, terrace and barbecue area most of the time. Steve and his family are great hosts too, nothing too much trouble!

The Villa was beautiful, clean and well equipped with everything you could need and more. Steve was there to meet us and was very helpful explaining how everything worked and even made sure there were groceries available for us when we arrived. I would return to this Villa again and again the area was lovely and the facilities are exactly what any family needs to enjoy a good holiday.

We spent our family holiday (12 person) in the Javia. The Luxury Villa was amazing just like in pictures! Everything worked good and there were lots of dishes for bigger group also. We highly recommend this Villa for everyone visiting Javea.

It's our first day back at home after a wonderful 2 weeks in Villa Sedona - and since the weather is predictably colder and wetter than it was in Spain, we decided to share our experience immediately... Knowing how difficult it is to find a high-quality villa in a good location for a group of our size (6 adults and 7 young children), our search began almost a year ago. When we found Villa Sedona, it looked almost too good to be true (the pictures, the 5-star-only reviews etc.), but after a short call to Steve we felt immediately comfortable that this would be the place for us. And it most certainly was!! Since there are already plenty of reviews that adequately describe the abundance of indoor and outdoor space and high-quality finish of the villa, there is little more to say: The description and reviews are spot-on! However, it's hard not to mention some of our highlights - such as the THREE refrigerators (one of our biggest criticisms of rental properties is that there is never enough space for cold food and drinks - most definitely NOT the case at Villa Sedona!), the separate A/C in all of the bedrooms and the outstanding pool and outdoor area. The kids in our group were between the age of 1 and 6 and they had a great time - especially in the large pool. Though we didn't venture far during our 2 week stay (you don't really want to when staying in a place as nice as this!), we did pay several visits to the excellent Arenal beach, just 5 minutes away by car. The kids were constantly asking when we were going back to the house! With the kids in bed, the grown-ups were able to enjoy al fresco dining on the terrace, safe in the knowledge that the kids are sleeping safely just a few metres away. In fact, we always felt safe in the villa - the grounds are completely enclosed so you never need worry about the little ones escaping. The villa was spotless when we arrived and Steve came to personally show us around. There was even a welcome pack of food & drink essentials (including beer and wine!) - so nice not to have to rush to the shop the minute we checked-in. You have everything you need in the villa, but Steve and Carol were always on-hand to take our calls if there was anything else we needed - even if it was just information. All-in-all and excellent holiday and one that surpassed all expectations. Thank you Steve and Carol. Can't wait to come back!

When we pulled up to the villa all of our jaws dropped!! It's something that the rich and famous would stay in. Gated driveway with your own roundabout. Pillars guiding you into the most beautiful marbled floor hallway. A beautiful marbled topped kitchen, stunning dining room (Although we only eat outside) large living room with a massive Telly (great for shutting the kids up) 4 massive bedrooms upstairs with ensuits and front and rear balconies. Then we have the gardens, they are stunning with an open air BBQ area, undercover seating area and most importantly a beautifully refreshing pool. We had 12 in our party total, two 1 year olds and two 3 year olds and a 78 year old and the villa was perfect for us all. Enough space for us to escape each other if needed and enough space for all the kids and adults to thoroughly enjoy themselves. The local beach had some amazing restaurants and good bars and catered for all. Clean sandy and overwhelmingly beautiful. Javea will not disappoint you in any way and this villa will blow you away.

I flew from Valencia airport and came to Xabia. the drive was 2 hrs long which was a fun and great ride. Steve (the owner) was really helpful and a very nice person who took care of us and helped us out when we needed. the pool was amazing clean and warm and i went in the Easter holidays. This was the best villa that i have booked so far an i don't think i could get better as well as the price. the villas was as clean as it could get and there was some food for the fist day for my family as we were 14 people. overall, the villa was outstanding and i definitely recommend this to people who love luxury and fun for family.
