El apartamento se encuentra muy bien equipado. La anfitriona, siempre se ha mostrado solícita y proactiva hasta el final de la estadía. El vecindario es extremadamente tranquilo y apacible, a pesar de vivir mucha gente, no hay movimiento en la calle.

El lugar es un ex-vado de garage bajo nivel devenido en apartamento, por lo tanto, se escuchan los ruidos de las personas que viven en la parte superior, no es cómodo para entrar y salir (es una rampa) y hay poca luz natural durante el día, las vistas al exterior, son nulas. Está a 10 minutos de la estación Príncipe Pío, si bien, una de las principales de Madrid, habría que indicar que son 10 minutos más hasta los lugares emblemáticos de Madrid como Puerta del Sol, la Gran Vía, el Palacio Real, la Catedral, etc. Al retirarme del apartamento, la anfitriona me envió un mensaje preguntándome cómo me había ido y que, si estaba todo bien, le califique con un 10, lo cual, me pareció muy mal de su parte. Por el costo del apartamento, existen mejores opciones. No lo recomiendo.

Apartment jest w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji. Bardzo blisko stacji pociągów - dwie stacje do centrum Madrytu, bezpośrednie połączenie z lotniskiem. Blisko sklepy - Aldi, Carrefour i kawiarnie. Apartament był bardzo dobrze wyposażony i czysty. Aczkolwiek w okresie zimowym, przydałby się dodatkowy grzejnik w części kuchennej. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielką. Bezpieczna i cicha okolica. Bardzo polecam!

The location is perfect. In apartment there are all the staffs needed for living. Good communication with the owner. Recommend to everyone who is travelling to Madrid.

1)It is not a bad idea to turn a sub-basement garage into an apartment. 2)Nicely decorated, clean and functional, my first impression was very good. 3)Key handover was easy, José was very nice and helpful

1)I had a reservation during the snow catastrophe in Madrid. I contacted the property by whatsapp and advised that I would arrive 1 week later because roads were blocked with snow and it was impossible to travel. They acknowledged it and said it was fine. However, when I tried to get a refund via booking they argued I never contacted them regarding this issue! This is absolutely disappointing from a personal point of view. 2) My mattress had two different sides. Unfortunately it was turned bottom up (which I found out later) so I slept 2 nights on the "wrong" side feeling the springs of the mattress in my back. The "right" side is acually quite comfortable I found out later by chance. 3) The gasoil boiler is directly behind the connecting door, because the apartment is located next to the basement of their house. Because of the low temperatures the boiler worked all night during the first night which was very noisy and smelly (gasoil). That´s when I decided to leave and request a refund for the remaining 10 nights at Booking directly. After a very helpful mediation with Booking, I got a refund for 7 of the remaining 10 nights. In total I had a reservation of 19 nights, I stayed 2 and paid 10, but got at least something back with the help of Booking.

The place looks exactly like in the photos on booking.com. It is a former car garage converted into a studio. There is natural light coming in from the front door and window and some light coming from the small bedroom window. The area is residential and very quiet. The apartment has a small but functional kitchen with some coffee and tea, pots and pans, plates etc. It is located at 5-ish minute walk to the train station, which is convenient. Very clean. The host, Beatriz is great.

You can hear the neighbours upstairs. The heater water system getting into gear very early in the morning could be bothersome. The internet connection was flaky and dropping every five to ten minutes. Not a big deal to me but something that the owners can probably fix easily. As others have mentioned, the furniture is a bit old. I felt a bit of a lack of privacy because of the front window. Not a big deal but just saying...
