"Home from home" Private villa with a heated in the Winter
Es ist ein "Zuhause in der Ferne" 2-stöckige Villa in der Nähe des Hauptstrandes. Es verfügt über einen privaten Pool und eine Sonnenterrasse mit Grill. Bei der Ankunft erhalten Sie ein Willkommenspaket und es ist ideal für einen Familienurlaub. Es ist 5 Minuten zu Fuß vom Hauptstrand entfernt, wo Sie Bars, Restaurants, Cafés, Nachtclubs usw. finden. Es verfügt über 2 Safes. Am Hauptstrand können Sie verschiedenen Aktivitäten nachgehen, darunter Jet-Skis und Bananenbootfahrten. Es gibt einen brandneuen Golfplatz, der gerade in diesem Jahr eröffnet wurde und nur fünf Autominuten entfernt ist. Es verfügt über eine Waschmaschine, einen Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, einen Backofen / Herd, ein Bügeleisen und -brett, einen Wasserkocher, eine Mikrowelle, einen Toaster, einen DVD-Player, einen Fernseher, ein Sky-Basispaket mit Freeview-Kanälen, eine Stereoanlage und 3 interne Badezimmer. Plus 1 Badezimmer im Freien. Wir haben ein Reisebett und Hochstuhl bei Bedarf (muss im Voraus gebucht werden). Es gibt einen Supermarkt 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und ein öffentliches Telefon direkt vor der Tür.

The villa is great near the strip and supermatkets. Lisa and her family were grwat hosts. Will definitely be booking again to go back to the villa

Lisa was a very friendly and wonderful host. The location was brilliant as it was very close to the sea front (about a 5-10 minute walk). Lovely sea views from the balcony and the pool was a welcome relief after a hot day out.

We have just returned from 9 days holiday at this lovely villa. The whole stay was fabulous - the villa was clean and comfortable, location is perfect - only 5 minutes walk to the beach and main strip where all the bars and restaurants are, but very quiet. The pool was great and very welcome to cool off in. Contact with the owner, Lisa, was brilliant, check in and out process was easy. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

The Villa is located close to all amenities but in a quiet road. The check in process was made incredibly easy by Daniel and Lisa and throughout our stay they were very helpful. The Villa itself was well appointed with three good size double rooms, powerful showers, reliable WiFi and a great TV package including all the sports channels you could ever want! The pool area was great to relax in and the pool itself was a good temperature for a refreshing dip!
The accommodation enabled us to have a really good holiday and we would thoroughly recommend staying here.

Firstly, many thanks to previous guests who left reviews of their experiences. They pointed me towards this rather lovely villa. A spacious sun trap for practically all of the day, both on the balcony and the spacious pool terrace, it was a great place to sit and relax with a glass of cold something. There was plenty of space indoors, too, with all the odds and ends needed for a home from home stay. Set in a quiet residential area, though within easy walking distance to the sea front, it was well located. We enjoyed ourselves immensely.
There was no long lists of rules and regulations that you often see at these villas and apartments. Instead, the hosts trusted the guests to act like adults and treat the place as if their own.
On the subject of hosts, many, many thanks must be directed to Lisa who did everything in her gift to ensure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. It certainly was.

This villa is in a great location. Nice quiet area but close enough to walk to all the fantastic restaurants in town. Lisa and Daniel were helping throughout our stay and nothing was too much trouble. Wouldn’t hesitate on recommending this villa and hopefully we will be back 👍😃

We have stayed in the villa for the last 10 nights. Perfect location and the villa is very clean.
The best part of are stay is the stress free experience. Lisa and Daniel where amazing hosts and looked after us during our stay.

A lovely villa, warm pool, close to the main strip but far enough away that you don't get bothered at all. The owners are great and are more than happy to help. Highly recommended.

Had a wonderful time in this villa from start to finish. Excellent location, very clean. Brilliant hosts Lisa and Daniel. Pool was great, hoping to b back again soon. Nice quiet area but very central to all amenities.

Everything about this property was excellent. The location was perfect for beach strip and old town. A very warm welcome from Lisa, Daniel and family. Nothing was too much trouble and good communication throughout.

The villa is in a quiet residential road, so no noisy traffic, but is only a short walk from the beach & bars and restaurants. There’s a supermarket just across the road which stocks all the essentials. The villa itself is beautiful. Plenty of room to laze in the sun with the added bonus of a lovely pool to cool off in. You can see the sea & the mountains from the upstairs balcony too. Linda & Dennis are the perfect hosts. They checked in a couple of times to make sure everything was ok, and even booked a taxi to take me back to the airport. Thank you both for your much appreciated kindness. I will definitely be back.

In all my many years of travelling and choosing to stay in villas I can honestly say that this one was the best ever On arrival we were greeted by our host who went through everything with us A welcome pack of food and drink was left in the fridge for us The villa was spacious and clean and comfortable We stayed a week and towels were changed half way through the week Hosts contacted us regularly to check that everything was to our liking and on our last day our host ordered a taxi for us Everything was made so easy for us The villa is in a quiet street yet only a five minute walk to the beach and all the restaurants A supermarket is just across the road I have no hesitation in recommending this villa Thank you Lisa and Daniel for your care and concern We had an amazing week Hooefully we ll meet again

Had a fantastic stay at this property with my sister and our 2 and 9 year old. Everything was as described on the listing. The pool was great and lovely to cool down in after soaking up rays on the huge terrace area. The villa was clean and spacious and equipped with everything we needed. Lisa and Danny the hosts were brilliant always available if we needed anything and even booked a taxi to get us back to the airport. The villa was on a quiet residential street but only ten mins walk from the main strip where there is a beautiful beach and plenty of bars restaurants and shops and there is a well stocked supermarket one street away. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a stay in lanzarote.
