Did enjoy the facility. Also enjoyed the fire pit and hang out spot. easy way to find room.

Wish breakfast was included for the price. the facility itself was hot. and there was a weirdo following my cousin he stayed in lobby afterhours and we did not feel comfortable being around,.

Great location! Comfortable beds, indoor pool and two fire pits, lovely restaurant and bar downstairs

Shower didn't get hot, shower was not clean, the refrigerator was unstable and kept wabley

I was not made aware that the indoor pool would be closed for painting. Very upsetting since i chose this hotel for the indoor pool

We’re not told the swimming pool was out of service which is the main reason for staying there because we knew the weather was going to be cold and rainy Didn’t like the fact that my room was not cleaned the first day or one of the beds was not made even on the second day either.

Inadequate hot water on the fourth floor. Had to let all fixtures run for 10 minutes to get water warm enough to shower or wash your hands. Also no luggage carts in the lobby. Had to make several trips. Only saw one cart during our entire stay. Management said “sorry”.
