We loved the home and location. We were there to hike and shop. All of our needs were met. A few suggestions would be better marking of all the step inside and out. We had several near falls off the back patio. Some cleaning of the back yard would be nice. There was a lot of dog poop. Also, new pans in the kitchen would be great. Otherwise, all else was great and we hope to return.

This property worked great for four couples. Plenty of room indoors and outdoors. The home was clean and well stocked with dishes and appliances. Landscaping could use a bit of attention. We were visited by javalinas multiple times.

Our 2 adult daughters, their spouses & our only grandchild came to Sedona to visit us Canadian snowbirds for a week in April/24. The adult "kids" all enjoy mountain biking & we all enjoy hiking. What better place than Sedona? The house met all our expectations...we all loved it! All the large bedrooms, ensuites, den, living, dining rooms, both patios, a place to secure the bikes every night helped to make our stay easy, relaxing & fun. The kitchen is well equiped, although if you want a sharp knive, bring your own. The appliances worked well. I also liked the little touches...lots of tourist info, the towels are nicely folded as are the toilet paper and kleenex. The house has a real "quality" feel to it. We all just really, really enjoyed it! My only negative comment would be about the very old, but excessive, dog poop in one corner of the back yard. Having someone clean this up would be very helpful. Other than that, we'd rent this house again in a nano second! We felt we got very good value for the cost of this house.

What a great house to call home after a day of site seeing snd shopping. AZ has so much to offer and the cougar house was a great place to enjoy with friends. We loved the Cougar house. Thanks Lisa

We had a wonderful family vacation in this large, beautiful home in Sedona. Our children flew in from Alaska, Ohio and Texas and we enjoyed hiking, game nights, family meals and shopping in Sedona, Cottonwood, Flagstaff and Grand Canyon from our home base in the Cougar House. It is centrally located along one of the main roads but is in a private neighborhood with no traffic issues and great views of the red rocks. The house was very well maintained and clean with every amenity you could need. There are a number of grocery stores in the area and the house has all of the staples and cooking supplies you might need. The laundry facilities were clean and new and the outdoor areas were delightful. We would definitely recommend it for a large family groups with 4 king sized beds and 3 bathrooms. My only suggestions is that this is not a house appropriate for someone with impaired mobility or low vision. There are changes in floor height and steps in every room or area, and it is easy to miss one in the dark or if you are carrying something. The kitchen is small with an island and it would be difficult to get a walker or wheelchair around the kitchen.

My friends and I had an excellent adventure on Couger Drive. This beautiful home is in the heart of everything!! It’s very clean, convenient, and fully equipped. We even saw a Javelina in the backyard. Wonderful!

Our family (mother and adult kids) enjoyed staying in this open and spacious home for a week. The house maintains it’s 1970’s (80’s?) character and is well maintained and appointed. The bedrooms are spacious and the king sized beds are comfortable. The location is in a nice neighborhood on the south side of Sedona and close to Bell, Cathedral and East Twin Butte for hiking. A great value.

The house is in a great location -walkable to many trail heads and to the Chapel of the Holy Cross. So much space in the house! Great WIFI so I could work remotely from the house. A short drive to uptown Sedona. This was our 3rd stay at this house in 3 years- we love it!

The house was very spacious and well-stocked with all necessities. It's located in a lovely neighborhood which is very convenient for many of the trailheads. Each day as you come home and turn into the neighborhood, you see a spectacular view of the mountains. Many restaurants and shops close by.

House was well stocked, neighborhood was quiet and close to eveything. We would stay there again!

My sons and I had come to the area for a bit of down time— they had never been to Sedona and I was hoping they would find it as magical as I did ! This house was so much a part of that . It’s in an engaged setting but also quiet and private . It’s close to the chapel of the holy cross and many other spots and is convenient in access to the sights . The home is clean , the beds comfy, and the house spacious. We used it as a base location not only for Sedona but also arcosanti, Jerome and the Grand Canyon . I had an exciting vacation with my sons but also have been able to feel rested and calm in the process . I would definitely come back !!!

My family and I came to stay during Christmas break. A beautiful Christmas tree had been placed in the corner of the living room which was a nice surprise. The pantry was well stocked, night lights were in the bathrooms, and several throw blankets were handy to cuddle up with while watching tv. It seems they thought of everything!

The property is in a lovely neighborhood with views of Cathedral Rock from the driveway. Only minutes from the Chapel of the Holy Cross and centrally located to access great restaurants and/or grocery stores. Some of the best hikes are within a 15-30 minute drive! The house is well-appointed with very comfy beds and pillows. The showers are hot and the towels fluffy—which is nice after a long hike. Lisa was very accessible and responded to requests/questions IMMEDIATELY. We really enjoyed our stay!!!

This home has great views and you can ride a mountain bike to the local trailhead. The home was comfortable and it was easy to prepare meals.

Great location, size and it had everything we needed. We did MTB rides and hikes directly from the house.

This property is in a beautiful neighborhood with stunning views. It’s about 15-20 minutes from downtown Sedona. The owner sent excellent check in info and was immediately attentive when we had a WiFi problem. There is a well-stocked pantry and kitchen and the owner had a list of good resources for things to do in the area. Highly recommended

The house was in a wonderful residential neighborhood. We walked and hiked on trails in the neighborhood. We didn’t rent a car. We hired a local car service, Zeus M, that was excellent. We relaxed at the professionals did the driving. We would definitely stay here again.

This beautiful home, situated in an attractive and quiet part of Sedona, was perfect for our 3 generation family, we'd definitely come back again!

This house was so cozy. Very clean. Had everything to make you feel at home quickly. The host left little notes on certain items to help with operation. Most light switches were labeled. The location was beautiful. The beds and pillows were comfortable. Three full baths made getting our family of 5 out the door easier. We are all already saying, “We miss the Cougar house”.

We were a group of longtime friends meeting in Sedona for several days. Cougar House was a great location; away from the hustle & bustle of central Sedona. The rooms were spacious and the hosts had thought of many conveniences. The outdoor spaces were really enjoyed. Loved it!

The Cougar Drive rental was in a quiet residential area of Sedona. This was very nice because the rest of Sedona was very busy. Nice to come back to at the end of sightseeing each day. Also it was close enough to many hikes that we could walk from there. We were within 10-15 ( on a good day) of grocery stores, restaurants, and souvenir shopping. The rental had many amenities like shampoo, dishwasher tabs, laundry soap etc so we didn’t need to bring any or go out to buy them. Beds and rooms were large and comfortable. Patio/deck were nice to go out to when home. It was a 2 hour drive to the Grand Canyon and Petrified Forest. Loved our stay here and would HIGHLY recommend!
