Location was good.

Toilet didn't flush, very basic room for price, reception didn't open until 8am.

The staff were pleasant despite the failure of Cocotel and Booking.com to do their jobs.

Very poor coordination with Cocotel. Breakfast is heartbreakingly late and far from what i read in the reviews ("excellent breakfast"). No.

We absolutely liked the food - delicious. Also, the grounds was good for walking especially with our fur babies. The staff was very approachable and they were accommodating and kind.

Some parts of the place are a bit neglected. Probably this was due to the pandemic. I hope they will be able to revive some parts of the resort because it is such a beautiful place.

The breakfast was the ordinary tapsilog, longsilog etc... nothing special. If you like these, perhaps it would be ok for you considering that it's already included on their rate. The location was a bit far and secluded. Once you arrive inside the place, you will no longer think of going out to get some food or other supplies due to the long distance from the downtown. Make sure to bring your food and supplies with you. The roads leading to this place are well paved but very very dark when we get there at around 7pm. The hotel needs serious upgrade. I felt like I time travelled in the 70's. The bed sheets and towels are clean though. The resort made a humble upgrade on the toilet by updating the tiles. It was clean and good enough for its price. The place was very serene and green. They made a constant effort in maintaining the grass and plants. Perhaps, it would compensate for all the not so good impressions that you might have. Although it was not spectacular, our family enjoyed our stay albeit short. We can consider coming back when we go to Caliraya area.

The hotel in general needs serious upgrade. It's very old and dated. Although it's not rundown, it would be a lot better if they could do some upgrades.

Food is not that yummy and so expensive. Carenderia food is better than the restaurant food Villas are not weather proof and dine in is outside so we cant eat if its too windy and raining. Too muddy when it is raining hard to walk around Road needs improvement.

Except for greenery and isolation and far away from every thing nothing special. So so only. Definitely not going back.

Although breakfast was included in the stay (we had 6pax) but they charged extra for coffee refill 50peso per cup and extra rice 60 pesos per serving. For the 3 days we stayed nobody not even 1 staff told us about the extra payment or signed the receipt. Was presented with a bill of 1030peso at end of checkout as I think was a rip off!! Ordered some beers but failed to deliver too. Service was bad and no staff available in the dining area. We have to go to the kitchen to ask for some services. Also wanted to charge us for use of kettle as there was none in room. We told the staff was supposedly part of the service in a hotel room then they decided to waive it. No mention of charge for loan of kettle too!! There is alot of hidden charges!! The hotel are full of cats and came inside the room through the balcony. Definitely not going back. Nothing special or great about the place. Tried fishing too for 2 days without any catch or bites. Either the hook or bait used was bad or simply lack of fishes. Couldn't explain why also. Hidden costs I think the management or staffs was told not to inform until check out as they hold a 1000peso deposits per room. We had 2 rooms.

Very picturesque...ideal for nature lovers. There are various team building on offer which helps take one's mind off things.

Nothing in particular. A constructive criticism, hotel rooms need updating. We stayed in Rooms 13 and 14.

Everything you'll need are provided. We booked for deluxe villa and it was so amazing. Staffs were also very cheerful and helpful. Lots of activities you can try and enjoy.

You are to feel nature so expect those bugs and ants and it would help to prepare/bring bug sprays. It would also be perfect if all facilities were available during our stay. But over all the place is really great.
