La prima vedere un loc frumos, renovat .. curatel se poate si mai bine aici facnd referire la pereti zgariati de trolere si perdeaua de la balcon prinsa si agățata in mai multe locuri, cabina de dus plina cu nisip, finisajele din bai lasa mult de dorit, aici e o problema națională cu lipsa de mesteri insa banuiesc ca nu controlează nimeni avand in vedere marimea hotelului / lucrarii. Restaurantul este foarte misto decorat, calitatea mancarii ar mai putea fi îmbunătățită, multi dintre oaspeti se inghesuie la bufet ca si cum ar fi sinistrați insa mancarea este multa si cand spun multa ma refer la cantitatea care ramane aproape de inchiderea bufetului, sortimente limitate insa sincer sa fiu ptr multi dintre ei e deja prea mult …

Parcarea, aleeile din jur… lipsa unui regulament de conduita la interior unde vedeai multi Nea‘ Vio la bustul gol ..

Locatia super .Personalu foarte serviabil .Mi-a placut foarte mult atmosfera pe care au creat-o cei doi interpreti .Mi-a placut faptul ca in fiecare dimineata cei mici aveau program la piscina .Micul dejun in mare parte ok , se poate si mai bine , mai complex .

Nu mi-a placut faptul ca s-a oprit curentul in fiecare zi .De asemenea ,nu mi-a placut ca nu am putut servi masa la pranz in restaurantul dv .Nu mi-a placut ideea de a intra peste noi in camera sa dea cu aspiratorul .

- Comfy beds - Pool size is decent - Breakfast is ok - Restaurant looks nice - Location is near center area - Concerts are wonderful

- One of the room chiefs was always rude to us in the dinning area talking as if he was our manager - They gave us bracelets for the type of board we chose but they still asked for the room number at the entrance of the restaurant - Kids are splashing and kicking in the adult side of the pool - People would always wake up early and leave the towels on the pool chairs early to basically reserve them which is not ok, as they would leave them there for hours, the staff should do something about this - Not enough umbrellas at the pool areas - Food was mediocre at best and always the same at lunch and dinner

-They have late check-out and very flexible in options. -food is ok, -restaurant open space is very nice, -all staff is extremly friendly. -Pool is clean. Activities for kids… very nice place. - Pizza is very good, the food bar is a good option at a decent price, - the staff makes this place to be very competitive as they are very friendly and helpfull, and there is a lot of staff.

-There is an issue near the pool, some water drain made of metal, a 40m long metal strip, 10 cm widh, close to pool, perfect place to cut your feet fingers. Can’t understand how is possible in such a nice place nobody saw this metals with gaps to repair/change design. All kids are playing around there and are at risk. Should be easy to fix in order to make the place safe. -There is no intrest in parking management… bad parking with lots of cars bloking front entrance over night. - strange sounds in the night from fridge/bathroom…

Breakfast was nice. The restaurant is very big and has an interesting design.

We reserved one twin bed and one queen bed room. One twin bad was initially a semi broken baby bed, then they switched to a very small and not comfortable folding bed. A part of the time, the water was not hot/warm. The room is very small. Hotel is far from the beach.

It is like seeing a hotel coming back to life. Really liked how the interiors were refreshed, I think on the outside there is still some work to be done. Bed mattress is amazing and offered a restful sleep. Breakfast was excellent and a large variety of food to choose from. Also there are 6 coffee machines so you rarely stay at a line in a busy morning. The outside restaurant is nicely set up, looking like the Amazon forest :)

Even if the cleanliness was decent, we had a large yellow spot on our cover, but because of the light you couldn't see it clear sometimes and I think cleaning staff missed it. Also I think you need to do something with the smoke detection system (add some detectors in the bathrooms) as during our stay it was smelling as cigar smoke in the bathroom multiple times.
