Location suited as we were in the area for work. Very comfortable accommodation.

Permanent guests (I'm guessing) seem not very friendly and give the feeling that we were intruding into their area.

Too many emails. Was ridiculous receiving approx 8 emails from LJ hooker, cotton beach etc.

The apartment was a great size and comfortable for our family of 5 adults and a 3 and 1 year old. The outside alfresco area was huge and we had plenty of space for our surfboards and the kids little bikes and the view over to the pool and gardens was lovely. The gardens here are absolutely beautifully maintained and the grass is lovely and soft. The pool area is great - the pools are great! The beach is right there only a few minutes walk. The kitchen is well equipt with everything you need to make your own meals, it's a full sized fridge and we were really comfortable there. Inside the apartment there was plenty of room for the kids to play around and ride their little bikes inside because we were literally stuck inside the entire time we were there due to the rain. The main bedroom with ensuite and bath was perfect for our kids and grandkids plenty of room and then the 2nd room with Queen bed was great for us and the 3rd bedroom with 2 singles great for our adult son. We cannot fault the apartment or the location - considering we couldn't get outside due to the wet weather we were very comfortable being stuck inside.

it wasn't the apartment's fault but it rained the entire time we were there - you can't help nature. The internet wasn't great but we already expected that internet would not be that great - I guess due to the big expansive concrete apartments. I was able to toggle off my phone with Telstra which is why I have Telstra so that I can get access when we are in remote locations. Also the restaurant and cafe were closed and other than this there is nothing close by to eat at you will have to get in your car and drive or bring your own food.

Beautiful apartment, very spacious and high quality. Close to the beach and local supermarket. Relaxing area but not too far away from popular event areas.

Met our needs

Initial instructions for direction and access to the property and carpark were lacking. Instructions & directions should have been in writing. Master bed was very hard. Lacked comfortable lounge seating for 4 adults. Being winter temperatures the apartment was chilly. Lacked hangers to unpack our suitcases. Confusing number of keys required for access - doors, gates, carpark etc.
