gospodarz leniwy - przy zameldowaniu powiedział, że nie chce mu się chodzić i zamiast pokazać i zaprosić do środka, wskazał palcem budynki (basen oraz siłownię), z których można korzystać; klimatyzacja dostępna ZA DODATKOWĄ OPŁATĄ, kasował 10 lub 20 eur w zależności od długości pobytu gości, w czasie naszej wizyty zepsuł się pilot i nie mogliśmy jej wyłączyć i było bardzo zimno w nocy, gdy rano zadzwoniłam do gospodarza, powiedział, że nie ma teraz czasu i przyjdzie później, przyszedł dopiero wieczorem...; ręczniki oraz pościel miały być wymieniane co 3 dni wg opisu na kartce, którą dostaliśmy w dniu zameldowania, w 4 dniu skontaktowaliśmy się z gospodarzem, to przeprosił i kazał przyjść nam do recepcji po odbiór czystych, zamiast samemu przyjść, potem po prostu kładli na łóżku świeże, ale nie zabierali brudnych i wszystko kisło, żenada; pokój nie miał nic wspólnego z tym co pokazane jest na zdjęciach, prysznic przeciekał - woda lała się na korytarz i w ciągu naszego pobytu umyto tam podłogę tylko raz, a tak zalewała całe przejście, balkon z widokiem na ścianę, a pod nim mieszkała rodzina z wielkimi psami, które wgl nie były wypuszczane i jak jednego dnia (w ponad 30*C), któryś się załatwił, to nikt nie raczył tego posprzątać i śmierdziało w całym pokoju; śmieci oraz podłoga w pokoju nie były sprzątane podczas pobytu; adapter dostępny jeden na cały pokój i był podłączony do wifi, więc albo ładowanie tel albo internet...; parking dostępny przed budynkiem - kto szybciej, ten ma miejsce, jak raz wróciliśmy później z wycieczki, to musieliśmy parkować na końcu ulicy... ściany tak cienkie, że jak ktoś obok zabalował lub gadał głośniej to wszystko było słychać; info małym druczkiem wypisane, że pobierają 250 eur kaucji, na szczęście od nas jej nie wzięli, PODSUMOWUJĄC - TRAGEDIA!!!

Location is awesome if you want to party. Staff was very kind and attentive.

Not really suited for home cooking. Lacked basic stuff like plates for all guests.

not changing bed linen for 8 days, very noisy from outside, noice coming from night clubs, then from party inside of building where is apartment and in front of the building where guests of the accommodation gather until the early hours of the morning. If you want to rest, this is not a place to rest at night

We spent 5 nights here with my friend, and had a lovely experience. The biggest advantage of the hotel is its location, as it is near the center and the party district, it only takes about five minutes to get to the clubs! The staff is super kind and helpful, they are also very flexible with check-in and out times.🥰 The room is bright and we also had a huge balcony. The price is low and reasonable, would totally recommend it, especially for young travellers like us.😊

Perfect location, right next to the main party strip. Rooms were nice clean and spacious. Staff at reception were very welcoming and helped us with any request we had and really made our stay even better. 100% recommend!

Clean apartments in city center - if you're in Ayia Napa to party, this is the accommodation you are looking for. The main party street is just around the corner and the beach is 15 minutes away by foot. There are also plenty of supermarkets and restaurants within 5 mins of walking distance and the pool is 3 minutes away. The cleaning is every 2 days and the guys/girls from the reception are very cool and friendly. I would definitely come back :)

If coming on a family vacation, these apartments are not the best option since you can hear the music from bars till 3am. Also our balcony had a view on a wall (this wasn't on the pictures). However, the wall was covered with a poster of the beach which we found very funny - the best hack I've ever seen. It didn't bother us but I guess it could bother someone else who is looking for a nicer view. Also maybe add a few more glasses in the kitchen cupboard (there was only 1 + 2 tea cups). Other than that the apartments are very well equipped :)
