This house is amazing! We were there for 9 days and loved every minute! The house is well appointed, the pool is wonderful, the community center and pool were great and Luisanna was very responsive to any questions or needs we had. Already booking it for next year!

Everything was good in the property..I’m really glad with everything

This place was awesome!! Its a huge house with so much space and all of the right furniture, which worked out great with my 2 year old twins. The house has been updated look all throughout- kitchen, dining, living and bedrooms. The resort community is quiet and friendly with activities available on the premise- big community pool, arcades, basketball court, fitness room, etc. The property was central to key restaurants, shopping outlets, and supercenters. I had the best time! This will be my go to spot from now on when I go to Florida!

My stay at Luis's house was amazing. When I entered his house, It immediately felt like home. The house had such a nice modern feel to it. I have aboslutely no complains about my stay. If I ever had any questions or even concerns, Luis immediately responded back to me. Cleanliness was not a problem at all. I know a lot of people tend to be worried about how clean the house is. But this was not a problem, everything was spotless. The clubhouse was really close, I was able to exercise in the gym, and play mini golf. A great plus was that everything was so close, the Walmart was only 5 mins away. I will definetly be coming again to Luis's house, whenever I'm back in Flordia, Thank you so much Luis, your house is absolutely gorgeous!! Thank you for all the assitance you gave me.

The house is well kept and clean. The only problem was that we were bot provide with full rolls of toilet paper and paper towels.

Do not park anywhere other than in the driveway or you will get towed. The neighbor had guests and parked just a little off the curb and got towed. They had to pay couple hundred bucks to get their vehicle back

The only problem was there were roaches in the garage, so could not enjoy the amenities of the pool table. There were small tiny bugs all over the sink in the master bedroom downstairs. May want to get an exterminator in there.

This property comfortably slept 11 adults. The layout and amenities were nice. The AC worked well. Just disappointed in some small things: -Not stocked with enough towels, dishwasher detergent and garbage bags. -The dishwasher leaked. -Small bugs in various places. -Two shower drains that left us in standing water during showers. Whenever I sent a message to the owner/manager there was quick responses on these items and we were thankful to be given a few extra hours after the stated checkout time.

Great house. Nice area. Plenty of room! Kitchen adequate. Only issue were knives not being very sharp, can opener not working very good and garbage disposal not draining properly. Wifi was spotty and not many good connect to it. But overall great house and we would definitely recommend it!

Area was nice items in unit needs to be up dated

We rented this property to have a place to call home for our daughter's wedding. The house is well-appointed and conveniently located. We had a few glitches with the Wi-fi initially and several of the electrical outlets did not work in the dining and living room areas which we did not discover until the morning of the wedding; however, the house was spacious, everything was clean, the beds were comfortable,and we enjoyed our stay.

Arrived at property around 4pm to walk upstairs to 88 degrees temperature. The thermostat was set on 74. Can not change temperature without pin from owner. He has control over it and the system goes on stand by when someone leaves house. Took until next night around midnight to resolve with owner. Of course the management company is closed on weekends as well. Unfortunately you need to be sure to bring body soap, dish soap, dishwashing detergent, a kitchen sponge, and laundry detergent because they want you to wash the towels but no detergent. House clean except my husband felt something crawling on him in bed only to find two tiny roaches in the sheets next morning. Not enough towels or toilet paper, clogged master shower drain. No too sheets put on beds upstairs. Could not use three of the TVs advertised, and game room advertised is in the hot garage with no AC could not be used. Asked for a partial refund and was refused. I would not recommend and will not use this property again.

Really enjoyed stay, house was beautiful, owner was very quick at responding to any concern we had. Centrally located to everything

This was very nice and spacious home it accommodated my party of 9 very well and its centrally located. There were a few small issues (Inconsistent check in and out times as what was displayed on the website was different than what the owner told me and housekeeping showing up before checkout asking when are we leaving) but they were addressed very quickly and did not ruin our trip in anyway also Luis texted me day one to ensure everything was going well. Overall if the need ever arises I would definitely rent this property again.

I enjoyed my stay and the location was outstanding in terms of teaching Disney World. My only issues were with the supplies such as gas for the grill, dish soap toilet tissue. They want you to wash the towels and so forth but neglect to supply the needed items . The pool water was a little green too. Other then that it was a lovely place

I had the pleasure of renting this property to celebrate my 30th bday this past weekend. Luis was easy to contact before and during our trip. He checked in with us to ensure we had everything we need and was accommodating with last minute requests. This location is very close to many locations i.e restaurants, grocery store, Disney, etc. I would definitely rent from Luis again.

In life, you usually get what you pay for. We did absolutely enjoy our stay! The house needs a lot of maintenance and better management: did not get the door code until just prior to arriving - stressful as coming from Ky floors were sticky many lights burned out internet was disconnected (our family whiz fixed this) main microwave not working (or the electrical outlet is out) the secondary microwave "popped" the circuit breaker evidence of water damage upstairs countertops are in bad condition significant water damage to floor in kitchen with weak floor and cracked tiles multiple large wasp nests in entry way dryer vent disconnected - I fixed this myself no overhead lights in bedrooms old and very stained carpet Note that we usually spend a LOT more for VRBO houses - the house was adequate, but I would certainly address these issues if I were the owner. The home was perfect for our large group. 12 people total, plus 2 dogs. Stayed 7 nights-we had plenty of rooms & beds for everyone...2 dining & 2 living areas... everyone was able to spread out and feel at home. We spent time in the hot tub at night, played in the garage with air hockey & pool, swam at the community heated pool (nice in December) with a tikki bar open until 9 pm. The pool & bar are only 3 houses down from this property. The house has a pool as well, but smaller. The beds were very comfortable- we stayed in the master bed downstairs and my kids and grandkids took the rooms upstairs. Everyone said beds were comfortable. There’s a balcony upstairs overlooking the living room & kitchen so you can converse with people upstairs and not feel cut off . Kitchen is well equipped with dishes, pots, pans, baking dishes. We baked a turkey, cooked breakfast , made coffee, dinner , etc.. there was also a gas grill in the backyard. Renting a home is different than staying in hotels, bring soaps, shampoos, laundry detergent, dishwashing liquid. Hand soap was supplied in bathrooms and 2 soaps for the dishwasher, but if you plan on cooking and/or staying awhile, you’ll need more than that. We typically stay a week, buy groceries and bring some things from home....extra trash bags, spices for cooking, etc. The community is gated...there’s a $10 cash deposit for a gate card due upon arrival, fee returned upon departure ... the gate staff are very nice but won’t let you in without your reservation number! So have that ready when you get there. With that being said, we felt very safe there. There’s plenty of parking - 2-3 cars in the driveway depending on their size and several extra spots open by the community center for overflow. The owner texted me several times throughout the week to make sure we were doing okay and to see if we had any questions or needed anything. We loved this house and would definitely stay there again. It was well worth the price, comfortable and convenient to everything. Location to Disney was great too!

Luis is attentive, concerned, and very communicative! His vacation home in Kissimmee was clean and the pictures didn't do it justice. The home is inside Terra Verde Resort and the amenities were so nice! Five of the seven bedrooms had queen sized beds or larger. There were six women in my party and we were simply ecstatic that bathrooms were readily available when we needed them. Ohhhh and we loved the jacuzzi. Thanks Luis, we will be back!

House was clean, well taken care of and will accommodate your family no matter the size.

It was a nice house for more than 5 families. We enjoyed staying there. It’s half an hour drive from major theme parks. It’s affordable. I would definitely go back again.thank you.

For six (6) guys on a golf outing, this was the perfect house. Lots of room and place was very clean. Recommend!

My siblings and I leased out this house so we can spend the weekend in Orlando with our families celebrating our mother's 80th. We were very happy with the layout and location but disappointed with the condition and lack of essentials. The house is supposed to sleep 18 but had 2 kings, 3 queens and 5 singles. That only slept 15. Luckily we brought a few air mattresses for the rest of our party. You would think they would have had at least 18 towels...but they didn't. We had to go out and buy some towels for the weekend. There was a water stain in the living room and when I went up stairs to check, the toilet was off it's base. I had to put it back in place. At one point most of the plugs in the kitchen just stopped working when we were making breakfast for the family. Despite resetting all the breakers and the GFCI's they never did work again. The air hockey table in the game room did not function and the foosball table did not have any foosballs (we ended up buying some). The carpeting was a neutral color and stained which was kind of gross. The bedroom footrest in the room I occupied was broken and dangling while the breakfast room chairs that were made out of wood were broken and the exposed area was prime for a splinter waiting to happen. The owner told me the day before I arrived that he would be out of the country and not really available. I did let him know about the water leak and electrical issues but he never responded. The community was the silver lining. It was very nice, all the people I came in contact with were very friendly from the guard at the gate to the clubhouse greeter. The gym was well appointed, the pool was refreshing and I was pleased with the fact that you could buy food if you didn't want to leave the area. I definitely recommend Terra Verde Resort but would choose another house.

This was a beautiful home, some minor things that I was able to handle directly with the owner Ernesto who is very pleasant and was able to resolve the minor issue. I stayed at the home with 17 women from church and we enjoyed the space we had. I would definitely return to this home with the group. Thank You Ernesto
