Excellent location! Had everything that we needed.

Provided a good place to catch up and relax with extended family. Easy walk to restaurants and other downtown locations.

Spacious vrbo great for larger groups. We loved the rear gated access and found great comfort in the two car garage to park our cars. Quick access to amenities, cute local shopping, and a wonderful restaurant across the street. We had a reunion of sorts here over the St. Jude marathon weekend and it was a wonderful location and had very comfortable beds.

This place was perfect for me and my family. Could not have a sked for a better location.

House was perfect for what we needed! Group loved it and everything worked great. Location was so easy for everything in the area and we had no issues.

It is nice and good location. Need to make sure cleaners do a better job for ehat you may pay them. Kitchen ceiling has a terrible water spot that needs repaired sooner than later to avoid any property damage. Cool decorations and historical building. Thank you for sure.

Our daughter was married in downtown Memphis. We based ourselves at this condo and it was super convenient. Walk or trolley easily to anywhere in the downtown area. Lots of places to eat (Gus's and Charlie Vergos Rendezvous are both highly recommended), plenty to see and do. Andy was great and always responded quickly if we had a question. OH, and the wedding was great too!

The location is amazing. For a couple days it is fine but I’m not sure longer term would work. With a few tweaks to the property amenities it would be a great place to stay.

The house was very conveniently located to all of the downtown attractions. It has plenty of room for all of us.

This was the perfect place for our 5 day stay. We are walking distance or quick trolly ride to Beale Street, Civil Rights Museum, Peabody Hotel, Arcade Restaurant. We only had to drive to Graceland and Sun Studios. The bonus was a breakfast/lunch place and a supper/bar right across the street. I had an issue with locking the door and Sharon was quick to respond. If I am ever able to come back, i would definitely stay here again!!

This was a girls trip of lifelong friends. There were 6 of us. First, the positives: 1- The location is perfect! Very convenient for walking to Beale Street. Plus there are many choices for restaurants and bars very close. There is even a bar across the street! 2- The beds are extremely comfortable with good linens. 3- The separate level thermostats are very nice. The air conditioner worked very well and if needed, there were ceiling fans. 4- It’s very nice to show up and find some kitchen items stocked, such as: coffee and filters, seasonings, dishwashing soap, trash bags, clothes detergent. Now the negatives: 1- The bathroom towels need to be upgraded and there needs to be more of them. If there were any more people staying with us, we would have not had enough towels. 2- The shower curtain in the top floor needs to be replaced. It was mildewed. 3- The extra plug in isolating fan in one of the upstairs bedrooms was so full of dust, it was quite nasty. 4- The fake plants in the living area, should be discarded. They are just holding dust. 5- The garage was not clean. Not that it is important, but it would just be nice to see a nice clean area. There is no ping pong table as depicted in the pictures. 6- The remote garage opener did not work and neither did the opener with the key pad outside of the garage. It made leaving and arriving pretty inconvenient. 7- We ran out of hot water quite frequently. So planning showers should be done to avoid cold ones! In closing the cons certainly did not discourage us and we enjoyed our trip, but the cons should be addressed. They are very small investments to have a perfect property.

We loved this place! We got married on the Beale Street Landing and it was the perfect hub for that and hopping around the Downtown area. It sleeps 10 with everyone retaining some privacy.

Our stay at this property was more than I could have hoped for!! It is absolutely beautiful and in the absolute BEST location. We drove up and didn't have to get in the car again until we left. It is perfect walking distance to all the best attractions and with the trolley at the front door,.... it makes getting around so easy!! I loved being able to sit on the balcony and watch the nightlife of the city!! I cannot say how wonderful this experience was. Stay here.....you will not be disappointed!

This location couldn’t be better in Memphis. Super close to wonderful dining and entertainment. Fun decor with plenty of space for 7 adults to hang out together and still have space to yourself as needed. Beds were comfy. If you plan to cook there are pots, a few baking sheets and utensils provided; no bakeware or mixing bowls, so bring with you. A few quirks, but nothing a little TLC wouldn’t take care of. Tip: Park outside the front door on Main and unload before going around back to park.

This property was amazing. The location was great. You can walk everywhere. We had a super fun time!

Great location and Andy was always quick to reply. Comfy beds and pillows. I recommend a deep clean for the property and replacement of the bath towels, aside from that it was fantastic! Lots of fun things/people to watch from the patios.

This was a friend gathering to explore Memphis and hang out. We all agreed the location couldn't have been better. Walking distance to so many places we wanted to visit. The only time we had to get the car out was a short drive to Kroger grocery and Graceland. The place had plenty of space; great seating in LR for us all to sit and be together and more than enough rooms and beds for sleeping. Couldn't have had a better time with friends.

Property was exactly as described. Plenty of room for large group. The only disappointment was that the shuttle only ran in front of property once!

Other reviews mentioned cleanliness so I was prepared, it was little things mostly, neglected corners, etc. Rooms had TV's but we could only get stations on the main living room TV. I've stayed places way way worse. Excellent location, rooms upstairs and I didn't hear any street noise, easy to get in and out of garage parking and appreciated it was a locked area, beds were very comfortable and bedding was clean I would absolutely stay again.

This property was very spacious and literally located in the middle of everything! Saved on parking because I could park in the garage and walk to any main attractions downtown Memphis! Definitely recommend and would also stay again at this property!
