Absence of personnel

The breakfast needs to be improved just a little, loved my stay.

kitchen available. quiet location. the manager, Bob, was nice and we hired him for a tour to materuni falls.

the place was in an overall bad condition. no one was there when we arrived, and it took several calls to get the manager on the phone. no toilet paper in one room, only two towels for 5 people and no soap (we got when we asked for it). bathrooms very poor condition and the ceiling was fixed with tape in the rooms. sheets had holes and spots. things listed was not available on site eg restaurant, playground. staff not very welcoming. internet depleted upon arrival, but was fixed when we asked for it. it was unstable though. this place could with effort and maintenance become a really nice spot, but in the current condition it did not live up to our expectations.

Wonderful, friendly and very helpful staff - thank you Elizabeth and Bob for taking such good care of us. A very warm welcome to Moshi! Lovely breakfast too. Lovely grounds with gardens to explore. In lush green Shantytown, can walk to several nice cafes and restaurants, also into town though this took a bit longer. Great place to stay

Good value for money. Fair breakfast. Walking distance from ISM, as we visited for children's sports weekend.

Student party on Saturday night was quite disturbing, going on into early hours of Sunday morning.

The bedding are old and insufficient for a cold place. The bathrooms need a shower curtain and the shower should have a holder. The TV in the room doesn’t work. Breakfast is very basic. We asked for eggs and were told they got finished 🤔. No cereals or drinking chocolate for kids.
