Modern 3 bed semi, 1 mile from beach. FOUR NIGHTS MIN STAY. Suit family of 4/5.
3 Schlafzimmer, eines davon als Piano / Waschküche / Babyzimmer. Jüngste Möbel von John Lewis, Ikea und Ercol. 2012 Teppich, Holzböden und Matratzen. Gespeichertes heißes Wasser und volles CH, das bis 2013 Brennwertkessel befeuert wurde. Haus, Baujahr 1998, umfasst 72 qm. Alle Türen und Fenster sind doppelt verglast. Angenehmer, nach Süden ausgerichteter, komplett geschlossener Garten. Ruhige Lage am Rande des Anwesens, vor der Bell St., der ältesten Siedlung in Swanage. Unbegrenzte Wi-Fi, Festnetz-Telefon (eingehende und kostenpflichtige ausgehende). Bettwäsche und Handtücher können gemietet oder mitgebracht werden. Bettdecken, Matratzenschoner und Kissen zur Verfügung gestellt. Stadtzentrum und Strand innerhalb von 18 Minuten bergab gehen. Lokale Geschäfte, Pubs und Fast Food erreichen Sie innerhalb von 6 Minuten. Ausreichend Parkplätze und freistehende Garage für zusätzliche Lagerung von Fahrrädern usw. 40 "Smart FS Panasonic TV mit HD-Free-View. DVD-Player und digitales Hi-Fi.

It was nice ad clean with everything you need lots of walking books maps puzzles. It was nice and warm,enclosed garden for the dog easy parking not far from Swanage. They thought of everything.You couldn’t not like it.

Everything fine. House great for our needs. Easy access. For the golf courses we were playing gave us easy access for the golf, and was easy to get into Swanage for dinner and drinks.
We will probably use again next year if welcomed

Have already decided to return, everything was easy, great location with sea views from upstairs. Really close to everything we needed. Can't wait to return. Host is just brilliant and couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Good all round property, fitted out well comfortable beds which I find very important, everything you need if you want to do your own cooking .The garden could have done with the lawn cut and a tidy up but I would go back

Great base for an active holiday!
We all enjoyed our stay at Ash Close.
The house is roomy, it was very clean, and the kitchen well equipped.
We ate on the patio, which is a nice sun-trap😁.
At just under a mile from Swanage beach, and from the SW Coastal Path, it offers both "holiday" fun and stunning views👍

Everything to hand in the kitchen plenty pots & pans. only downside: tiny freezer in the fridge no small chest freezer in garage as stated in description, and you have to drive to beach if you have small children, despite stating 1 mile to beach (across cliffs)
All in all fair property for the money
But we will be upping our budget next year

We stayed at 5 ash Grove in Swanage. Things could not have been better lovely and clean.and everything was there .was just like being at home .so comfortable. The owners were lovely too.

We had an excellent stay at Ash Close. Great location, about 15 minute walk into swanage.
Great communication. Property was spotlessly clean. Had everything we needed. Home from home. Beds were comfy and we slept well. Parking at the rear of the property which was ideal. 15 minute walk into swanage and acces to the coastal path 5 minutes walk. We look forward to staying here again.

This little gem is a home from home and is very well kept with everything you could possibly need for a family holiday. Would highly recommend this property which is only a 15 minute walk or 5 minute drive into the town. I can also recommend the delightful pub which is a 5 minute stroll from the house called The Globe.

Spotless house very well equipped everything you needed
Sweet garden
Only downside it is very hilly anyone with issues with walking would find it hard
Also a very mixed neibourhood
Some houses on the estate were a bit rough
But it was a great property

Beautiful clean house. Everything you need for a great stay.
My only disappointment was the noise from the next door neighbours. Am not used to any noise as I live in a tiny village and next door is an older lady who I never hear. The noise was not late at night ( so it could have been worse) . This is the only gripe and I expect a lot of people wouldn’t even notice the noise.
This aside the house was perfect.

This is a 3 bed semi on the edge of a small estate. Very quiet area and convenient for everything. The walk to the town and back is not too far and not too hilly so this is the best option for getting around. We would happily stay here agian

5 Ash Close
Good place to stay for seeing some of Dorset's finest locations. It was not too far to walk from the huse to the Coast Path and also down into town. The property was very clean and well equipped.
