Location was lovely.

Customer service was appalling. Electrical fault shorted out fridge. Lack of crockery. Broken toaster.

It was a beautiful view. Beds were comfy and just a beautiful holiday house.

Some doors were locked and couldn’t access. Like the garage. Easily could fit more cars if garage was accessible.

Location, modern, and ping pong table (although bring your own equipment, balls and racquets were poor).

Run down poor ammenities & facilities, including: -broken rusted BBQ/ gas bottle (PM claimed they’re unaware, but BBQ issue was present previous stay) -unworkable toaster (another review mentioned this, still not replaced) -dirty balcony & rubbish outside -lack of cooking utensils to accomodate no.of people it sleeps (bring your own pots/ pans if planning to cook) - spider webs in every corner - booking process was cumbersome, getting notifications from multiple systems.

Cleaners should check the fridge for leftover food from previous booking

verandah and outside chairs had bird droppings looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for a while Toaster could be updated

Absolutely fantastic beach view. The property was clean and well suited for families with older kids

Location, location

Fit out is fairly basic apart from the excellent lounge. Was a bit of litter in the yard, and both outside bins were full when we arrived. Really needs a table on the balcony. Toaster didn’t pop up. No instructions for the A/C.. no soap and not enough towels in the ensuite. just a lot of little things that you remember. Was ok overall, but just missed the mark on a few things.
