The room is nice, has atmosphere, the bathroom is oke.The neigbourhood is the best you can stay because Sassari has a lot of very poor areas. If you are lucky you can park close to the appartment, around the corner. Not on the Viale Italia.

We did not see the host Michele. There was a woman who spoke german to us. ( we are not german). Adequat, but not the most welcoming person I am sorry to say. It was a bit in contrast with our experience in Sardegna. The breakfast is in a bar, only one coffee and one very sweet croissant which I ate but absolutely not like. This is not a breakfast and luckily, except for Cagliari, we had in our 4 weeks of holiday on the Island great healthy breakfasts with fresh fruit, natural yoghurts, eggs, ham, cheese etc etc., even in this Covid-time! The appartment has 2 kitchens with fridges, why not prepare something in there??? For the rest I would leave some info in English in the room. Can you use the coffeemachine f.e. and if so, how does it work? Which part is yours in the fridge? What is the wifi etc etc.

Antonello and Michele could not have been more helpful - stayed her because family in the nearby hospital and nothing was too much trouble for them. Thanks again 😀

Fresh bread rolls or fresh croissants for breakfast - selection was a little heavy on the sugar!

The property is clean and located in a quite area. The breakfast was excellent and with a lot of options! Thank you Michele!
