The location, experience, and the amazing staff and especially the lovely hotel manager really made our stay 10/10. They made us feel like part of their family and we will always remember their hospitality and warmth! Thank you!

Everything was perfect

Amazing location! We could step out of our room and onto the beach lined with several amazing restaurants! Took a boat taxi one of the days and dock was right on beach just a short walk away. Great service! Very friendly and accommodating! Rooms were spacious, clean, and offered many amenities.

There isn’t anything we didn’t like. Wonderful property to stay

This property is perfectly located in Ornos, just a small walk away from the beautiful beach and it’s many restaurants. The pool was awesome and having a staffed bar right next to it was fantastic. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. They assisted us with hiring an ATV and we also had some laundry to do. They were great with handling both!

The shower temperature is not consistent. Although you’d find the perfect spot with the shower handle, it would change from hot to cold every 2 minutes.

The hotel is on the beach, and beach chairs supplied by the hotel would be a nice addition.

Christina, George, Helena and all the other staff including the cleaner were all very accommodating and very friendly, will consider returning

the size if the room was a little on the small side compared to the rooms of the other parties that travelled with us, but we managed

The property was very well pictured and as described. It was in a great location. The rooms were very spacious. The beds were soft.
