The suite was always very clean, nice tv, good fridge, bed and pillows very comfortable, nice balcony, good amenities, and communication with staff was very easy and practical the host was everyday making sure everything was good, everything asked for was promptly delivered The suites are located in a dark alley but we didn’t feel unsafe at anytime

- Not enough light at night inside the suite - Noise cancelling could be better we could ear people outside - The shower head and curtain could be improved (it’s not possible to shower without getting the hair wet)

Was exactly as described. Lots of space, and with a nice pool. Staff were incredible: cleaned the space to make it spotless every day, and were lovely and friendly. Also sorted a minor issue I had with the door as soon as possible. Highly recommend.

love the room it is all concrete floor to ceiling so lovely & cool , and the bed is fabulous lovely thick mattress safe & close to everything

they start sweeping from 6 am so it woke me up each morning sweeping non stop until 10am sweep sweep sweep 🧹 please sweep later in the day and the toilet doesn’t flush each time you have to take off the top and jiggle it

Mei, the receptionist, is really a great help about everything that we asked her. Daily cleaning service. Kitchen equipment’s availability for making coffee first thing in the morning. Complimentary drinking water was a great addition. Very spacious living room and comfortable bed.

Our first time visit the area, so the location was not good enough for us. Walking to the beach is not easy and for all the vibrancy of Canggu area not easy to access by walking.

overall design is very modern. love the high ceiling. location is great.

the shower can be improved — as there is only shower curtain, the water often overflown which makes the floor outside wet. no water dispenser inside the room. the water jar isn’t being topped up regularly. no parking space. the location of the bed is right next to the stairs outside which can be noisy when people passing by (footsteps can be heard inside the room).

The room was very good, and the pictures can’t explain how big the room is. I was shocked at how big it was. Very modern furnishing

The ventilation feels a bit weak. It would have been good if there was a fan in the loft.

first day ac was leaking , second day toilet was leaking , third day ceiling was leaking . the stairs to the bed are not safe. staff and customer service of booking.Com was very kind and helpful though to return the money for our balance stay.

we booked the place due to its simple apartment design and location. however the room is not clean, sheets and towels are not clean. the new towels staff brings are still dirty. sometimes hot water is a problem. there is no curtain in the toilet and people passing by can see you. the room door is glass and metal and you dont feel safe.

After i notified reception my door lock was broken and did not want to sleep in room i could not lock,they moved me to another room as well as getting the door repaired. Bali is still opening up again - i've had maintenance issues at every (5 different places this trip) accomodation. Receptionist spoke great english and made sure she could do everything possible so that i could be safe and comfortable. Also allowed late checkout after i requested. I've stayed here many times and even though it's getting a little 'tired' after being closed for a long time, the staff are always great and the rooms are always comfortable

very rude manager, Her name ms. may very rude while handling complain. without listening first what we like to reconfirm and directly blame the customer by telling me that i am not detail when do booking in booking.com With IDR 750.000 rate per night, we got nothing. no breakfast, no elevators ( 3 floor) even the WIFI is off before check in time. (10.00 am ) wifi is off!!! - No blanket. ( we have to asking them first) - No bathroom aminities. - I am requesting room in front of the pool, but theh assigning me at 3 floor! very very very poor! 😑

The duplex apartment we stayed in is so stylish and beautiful. We loved the aesthetic is the rooms. The balcony is a good size and is shaded by the roof so it stays cool. The large wind is floor to ceiling. The WiFi is really good - you get your own per flat so no sharing. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The pool area is so pretty and the pool is big enough for a swim. The beds are comfy and has a thicker blanket which is comforting. Lots of pillows for extra comfort. The kitchen is great, you get a little halogen stove (if it's not there simply ask reception) so you can cook your own meals. The apparent has a fridge freezer and cooking utensils. The shower and tap water got hot too which is nice. Overall a wonderful stay, we even stayed an extra night before our flight home!
