Wir haben ein wunderschönes 4 Schlafzimmer Haus, das professionell im begehrenswerten Gulch South Viertel in Nashville eingerichtet ist. Unsere Lage ist ideal und befindet sich in einem der begehrtesten Teile von Nashville. Restaurants, Brauereien und Nachtleben sind zu Fuß erreichbar und nur wenige Blocks entfernt. Jedes Schlafzimmer in diesem Haus hat Zugang zu einem eigenen Bad. Neben den 4 Schlafzimmern bieten das Hauptwohnzimmer und das Medienzimmer Ausziehsofas für insgesamt 6 Betten. Der Medienraum im 3. Stock verfügt über 1 großes Dachdeck und zwei kleinere Decks. Es gibt einen 75-Zoll-Fernseher im Hauptwohnzimmer und einen 65-Zoll-Fernseher im Medienraum. Sowohl von der Vorder- als auch von der Rückseite aus haben Sie einen wunderschönen Blick auf die Innenstadt von Nashville.
Wir sind so nah wie möglich an Downtown Nashville und der Gulch und befinden uns in einem Haus mit 4 Schlafzimmern. Sie können die 3 oder 4 Blöcke zur Schlucht leicht gehen. Wir sind weniger als eine Meile vom Broadway in der Innenstadt von Nashville entfernt (sehr kurze Uber- oder Lyft-Fahrt). Wir sind ein großartiger Ort, wenn Sie in die Stadt kommen, um die angesagtesten Restaurants zu besuchen oder ein Spiel von Nashville Predators Hockey oder Tennessee Titans Football zu sehen. Unser Haus ist professionell mit sehr bequemen Betten und Möbeln eingerichtet. Eine Garage für zwei Autos bietet Privatsphäre und Platz für Ihre Fahrzeuge. Wir haben zusätzliche Parkplätze für zwei weitere Autos in der Einfahrt sowie Parkplätze vor der Tür.

Jennie and David were the most lovely, responsive, helpful hosts—we felt very well taken care of throughout our entire stay. The house itself was immaculate and well-stocked with towels, toiletries, and kitchen necessities. The location is very accessible to anywhere you might want to visit in the city, especially by Uber. We would definitely recommend staying in this amazing home!

Great house, comfortable beds, fantastic mgt/communications. Location is great. A lot of thought has gone into providing guests with a great stay. Shampoo, dish tabs, laundry pods and extra paper towels. It’s the little things that add up. They thought of everything. Great value. You won’t be sorry you stayed here! I don’t think you can find a better value in the Gulch!

Beautiful home with high end amenities in a perfect location. Rooftop patio overlooking the city was a great addition for relaxing and spending time together with our group. Great pre-stay communications with recommendations of things to do and places to go. If you have a larger group of people looking to stay together in Nashville, stop looking and book this property.

The house was perfect for our group and had everything we needed! Check-in was easy, the beds were great, and the rooftop patio was amazing for morning coffee and evening wine. The house is very walkable to the Gulch and Lyft rides were quick and inexpensive. Jenni was great to work with. She provided us with so much info about Nashville and we really appreciated the late check-out due to our late flight. I would love to stay here again!

Girl's trip to see Morgan Wallen concert and explore the city. House was perfect for our group of six. Lots of room and very comfortable, clean home with extras. Kitchen is well stocked and toiletries provided in all bathrooms. All bedrooms are very comfortable and offer lots of storage plus charging stations on the night tables. The roof top is amazing, although we had some rain so were unable to utilize it as much as we hoped. The upper lounge area off the roof top is another fabulous spot to chill after a long day of wandering the city. The house is a short Uber ride to Broadway (10 min) and walkable (35 min). There are also a number of restaurant options in the area that are walkable. The host provides an awesome guide book filled with restaurant and activity information. Jenni is a wonderful host and answered all questions promptly. Everyone is our group loved the home and were very impressed. The home shows better in person. We would highly recommend staying here.

There was a large group of us that stayed in this home for a quick trip to Nashville. We could not be happier with it! They were super easy to work with and were very flexible with our schedules. They were able to allow us an early check in, as well as a late check out due to our flight times.
House was beautiful, and very clean and had everything we needed within. Was close enough to Gulch area, as well as Downtown Nashville with just a quick Uber ride.

We had the best time! The house was perfect & exactly as advertised. The beds were comfortable & there were plenty of linens. Well stocked kitchen- everything that you could need. Owners were very accommodating & responsive. Highly recommend staying here. Very convenient location.

Went to Nashville for husband’s birthday celebration. Great location. The house was well equipped, clean, beautiful and very comfortable! Property manager was very communicative and responsive. Would definitely book again if we’re back in the area!

Everything was perfect! House was beautiful and spacious. Great location to get around with quick Uber rides. Host was super responsive answering all questions and being accommodating. Had the greatest little perks like phone charges to make your experience feel just like home. Highly recommend.

The property location was within a 10 min drive from most of Nashville's major attractions. Accommodations were pretty close to perfect for me and my 3 brothers for our reunion vacation. Very well appointed kitchen, super comfortable beds, large high res TVs, wonderful outdoor space and very peaceful, secure neighborhood. We loved it! This property we'll be at the top of our list for all return visits!

Used The Gulch South as our homebase for 3 nights ( 3 couples) mostly for music on Broadway. Plenty of space, very clean (most important), close to downtown, plenty of parking, great air conditioning, everything we needed in the home.
While it’s walkable to Broadway, a $12 Uber ride each way was clearly the best choice! Sun—Wed stay provided enough people visiting to create a good atmosphere on Broadway without it being over crowded.
Overall, I highly recommend this location!! You won’t be disappointed.

A perfect hime with all of the extras. We loved sitting on the rooftop with their cozy blankets in the am and also at night. Kitchen/bathrooms had everything we needed. Owners were so responsive and hope to come back soon!

This is an absolutely gorgeous place. My friends and I stayed here and had a fabulous time celebrating our 50th birthdays. Everything we needed was easy to find and places to go were easy to get to. The garage was tricky to find with no house number but once we found it, we’re able to help the others understand where to go. Loved being only a few blocks away from the downtown area was great, made things easy since no one had been to Nashville before. The group stated we will return and want to go back and stay here again.
