If you are in Genoa, do yourself a favour and book this apartment! The hostess is just the best and can give you all kinds of great tips and useful info to make the most of your time in the city. The neighborhood was lovely and close to plenty of city highlights. The apartment is beautiful, spacious and clean. I would definitely stay again, and recommend to friends. One of our favourites.

This is a lovely apartment - with bakeries, supermarket, restaurants at your doorstep. The metro is a couple of minutes walk away. Laura (the host) had provided us with some wine, biscuits and focaccia bread on our arrival which was very welcome given we only arrived at midnight and not eaten for most of the day :-) It also has a small balcony which was lovely to sit outside and enjoy the warm evenings. An added bonus was, though an older building, it has a lift - always a plus for me.

Check-in was faultless and personal with all our questions answered. We were famished, and delighted to find welcome slices of pizza and a bottle of wine. The apartment was very clean and well provisioned with necessities appreciated by travellers. We were able to enjoy good nightly sleeps due to a nice mattress. The location is a superb launching point to discover the wonders of Genoa with so many of them very close. There is a fabulous selection of restaurants and bars to suit all tastes within a few steps of the apartments entry. Laura is a very attentive host who responds promptly to any questions or issues.

The apartment is perfectly located, easy walking distance everywhere, super clean, really comfy beds and well-equipped. Lots of space, we were surprised at how big it is! The host was very kind and easy to contact, and there was even some amazing foccacia, wine and a map waiting for us when we checked in :)

There was a bit of construction noise going on outside, but no big issue! There is air con so no problem to close the windows :)

Everything, very modern & clean. Right in the heart of the city centre. Property is in a secure building with a lift which is always a bonus when travelling with heavy luggage.

Neighbours are pretty noisy but that is to be expected when you live so close to others

The location was perfect, a short walk to many of Genoa's attractions. The area was safe and full of amazing restaurants. Laura the host is the best host. She greeted is with the warmest of welcomes with wine and foccacia. Whenever we needed advice on anything Laura was always happy to help. The apparent is beautiful spacious and clean.

The property wad very cozy and inviting. It was exceptionally clean and well stocked. We were welcomed with focaccia and wine. The host was personable and made us feel like it was our home.

The only thing to note is that it is on the first floor so there is some street noise.

Loved the high ceilings, the space and the old furniture with modern facilities. Very comfortable beds. Absolutely great location - we loved Piazza di Sarzano. welcome treats were fab…we really enjoyed the focaccia and wine.

The only suggestion to make it better would be thicker curtains. The street lights are on permanently so the rooms don’t get fully dark.

Casa di Ravecca is one of the best apartments I rented over booking.com. It is located in old city center, close to the metro station, and many restaurants - yet it is very quiet. It is extremally good communicated with Genova touristic attractions as well as many restaurants which all open all day long. Shopping is also possible within short walk distance. It is remodeled with the highest quality materials and all equipped with style. Don't be scared by the picture of a dining table - you'll be amazed when you actually use it. Apartment is spacious - could easy accommodate 4 and with some adjustments - even more. You will have a fully equipped kitchen with water heater, coffee maker and toaster (must see!) as well as washing machine and set of clips to dry your laundry. Air-conditioning is very quiet and works flawlessly. Owner will greet you with some small gift when collecting keys. I can only recommend the apartment to anyone planning to visit Genova.

Very friendly and flexible host, new furniture, very clean, spacious rooms and confy beds, air conditioning, terrace and elevator!! Everything looks exactly like in the pictures. The apartment is surrounded by small local restaurants, minimarket and market with fresh fruits and vegetables. Nothing was missing around us!

Wonderful welcome by Laura the host, we were greeted with fresh focaccia and a lovely local bottle of white wine. The apartment itself located in the centre of the old city, walking distance to all of the best attractions in Genoa. We will certainly be back to visit again and very much enjoyed our stay in the apartment.

Everything - it was very clean and well-equipped. It was perfect for our family of four. Air conditioning worked well in all rooms. Laura was kind and accommodating of our late arrival. If it is available, do not hesitate to rent this apt.
