1. Breakfast was clean and balanced. I like individual wraps. There are couple things that could be better.
2. The hotel overall was very clean. Bed, desk, floor, window, restroom, everything was very clean and I am very satisfied. For this I can definitely stay there again.
3. Reception desk people were all (I experienced three) very kind and helpful.
4. The lounge was "just right." :)
1. Breakfast: should be until 10am not 9:30am (people with holidays don't wake up early but want to sleep in). Need more variety with eggs and meat. Coffee was too bland and thin. Coffee machine said "Rince needed" for three days but was not cleaned till the day I left.
2. Water: the water fountain water did not taste good at all.
3. Inside hotel was quite chilly. Weirdly the stairs were really warm like spa.
4. The bed mattress was too much used at the center - I got backache since the mattress didn't have enough support.
5. The A/C was way too loud. Not sure how this can be fixed since room was quite small (the smallest King bedroom among more than 50 hotels I've been so far, except one in Japan)
6. The gym should have sunshade.

How quickly the staff responded to our concerns! The staff is always great anytime we go!
Normally when we stay at Avid, the rooms are always super clean. Unfortunately, this time the room seemed flash cleaned.

The staff is always friendly and the rooms are always clean!
Our room was next to a group of people that were in and out of their room all night. It was hard to relax with constant people slamming the doors trying to open our door.

I have stayed at the Oklahoma City Avid location before my experience was great. I had to change my reservation for these dates to Avid in Tulsa on S Mingo. I would’ve preferred boiled eggs. The elevator was a shaking a little . The pillows were a little uncomfortable. The fire alarm continued to flash in my room which disrupted my sleep.

Walked into the room to find a bedbug crawling across the floor. All I could do to keep my wife from immediately finding a different hotel right then and there. Fox News was omitted from the channel lineup. No problems with CNN, MSNB, etc. All of the other Fox channels were present. More hotel(ing) less biased political agenda. Wrong town to be woke in.

Location is good.
Very small rooms, lobby was small and loud with guests sitting next to check in counter. Our AC in room started making a loud roaring sound at 2am, had to change rooms, ask staff about a discount for trouble, they just laughed!

Kayla at the front desk was awesome- friendly and helpful. Location was great. Beds comfy. Fluffy towels. Great AC. Decent grab and go brekkie.

Einfach zu finden, genug Parkplätze, netter Empfang. Alles ist neu (eröffnet 2018) und sehr gut gepflegt und sauber. Pflegeprodukte alles da und von Dove, keine gruslig riechende experimentelle Ökoseife. Das Beste überhaupt: echte Bettwäsche, keine zwei Laken mit Bett dazwischen, ein Traum. Das Bett ist der Hammer, himmlisch weich.
Alles hätte so schön sein können hätte man nur die Klimaanlage abstellen können die die ganze Nacht unglaublichen Lärm veranstaltete. Auch Schalter Off brachte nichts. Die Zimmer sind klein, Kaffeemaschine fehlt es gibt aber Kaffee im Foyer. Als ich ging war niemand am Schalter ich hatte aber eine e Mail wie ich mittels App auschecken sollte. Ehrlich? Ich installiere im Urlaub langwierig irgendwelche Apps?

The rooms were clean and modern, and the beds were comfortable. Although the room was a little on the small size, there wasn't much room to move around the furniture. It worked for our short overnight trip.
Continental breakfast was meh... the coffee was delicious, but they were missing simple things like cream cheese for your bagels.

The new AI and decor were perfection. The only thing that was not good to me was the breakfast and its semi staff. Terrible food that didn't match the super excellence of the rest.

How clean and friendly the staff was!
Everything was GREAT, we just had a little set back up front figuring out our room. They had swapped the first and last name so they couldn’t find my name. Not a big deal because the staff was very friendly!
