we arrived there at midnight. no one was at the desk and no one answered our phone calls. We had to book a hotel next door. Motel 6 ended up charging us the whole amount minus $6.. We are going to dispute it.

the $60 pet fee was a little higher than i would have liked

It was not clean and very run down. Bathroom dirty and just a little bit of toilet paper left on one roll. Not a good neighborhood.

Kitchen was a plus!

No soap to do dishes. Did not clean during stay. Almost ran out of toilet paper. Would have liked room cleaned at least once during 4 days. Would have liked a chair to sit on, only had small booth at table.

We stay here several times a month. The rooms are fairly good sized, clean and the beds are definitely comfy. You get a full size frig, stove, microwave and dishes, pots and pans with a studio room. For barely over $60 a night it's a great place to stay.

Needs more parking.

Roaches are everywhere in the room. Very rude staff. Arrived after midnight (around 1am, 11/4), the staff was very rude and aggressively telling me there was no reservation for me to stay. He was knocking the window and pointing me that my reservation was Saturday to Sunday (11/4 to 11/5). After a few minutes he realized that he was able to find my reservation and asked me for my ID to check-in. He didn't apologize at all and pretended nothing wrong with him.
