The room was neat and clean, and rather large. Everything was well kept and in good condition despite being a bit dated in appearance. The bed was comfortable.

The room was huge but the use of the space was strange. It seemed like there used to be a living room in the room but the couch must've been removed and then they threw a mismatched chair in it's place. That seemed strange to me. Otherwise, it was fine enough and comfortable. The TV could be larger given the size of the room but really seems a minor complaint.

The location, breakfast, nice heated salt water swimming pool, friendly staff! And nice hot water in the room.

My bathroom floor had hair from another person, the tub didn’t drain very well. Every morning and evening there were people running around and stomping on the floor in the room and hallway above me. I unfortunately complained each time. I think the cleaning crew brought their kids with them to work in the mornings around 6 am and were left alone on the third floor to run around the hallway and down the stairs to the second floor to the cleaning crews room across from my room. All the while slamming doors. I was offered to move to the fourth floor on my last night stay. Who wants to pack up everything and move? I don’t. The first night I was given a fan by the front desk man that helped with the noise that was definitely coming from room 317 as the hotel was booked full and several high school boys were there from what I saw from the pool area Friday night.

Breakfast was very good. Location was great! Water pressure in shower was super!!

On 3 of 4 days, housekeeping always came in with fresh towels, empty trash and made bed but the last night no towels, trash full bed unmade

It has gone downhill and we’re not going back.

We had to wait at least 5 minutes for a front desk gal to appear so we could check in. We rang the bell, hollered hello, nothing until she finally appeared from the office and asked what we needed, in a very non-friendly voice. She denied that we had to wait. She was not welcoming. When we got to the room, the air was off and room was very warm. We received a text asking if we needed anything, I replied to ask what time was breakfast. Never got a response. In the morning we got a text telling us check out was noon. Bed was worn and not comfortable. Bathroom was dirty and had stains on wall under sink. Breakfast was unimpressive. Eggs were cold
