We are still at this beautiful hotel for another day, so we were here for a 3night stay. The check in process was a breeze. ,,,

it was perfect i love the way you guys take extra efforts to keep the cleanliness, the entire stay was so peaceful and amazing i was there for a two days rejuvenating energy time as my profession demands me to be at a go.

Owner refused to provide breakfast where the rates in the booking had inclusions n booking.com n Oyo refused to help. I paid for the services of breakfast which was not provided. Room allotted was not as per the facilities mentioned at the time of booking. Very bad arrangements by booking.com No use of making booking in advance. Property will give basic room where in even hot water is not available in the washroom We have to keep complaining for the entire day n next day hot water arrangement was made dat too not in the room bathroom but in buckets by some staff which was really uncomfortable. Washrooms leaks. We were asked to use other rooms washrooms which also leaked. Almost all rooms washrooms leaked we took 3 rooms. One was changed n another was provided for using washroom n all the washrooms of all the given rooms leaks.

The staff is not responsive, the front desk is not responsive, not welcoming, no basic amenities, stained curtains, improper curtains, stained mattress, no hot water, no lights even after complains, this place looks suspicious. Please dont ever book it.

Booking.com charged me 1700 but hotel charged me 1900 I don't know why 🌚
