Als ich nachts auschecken wollte, da ich meinen Flug kriegen musste, wurde mir gesagt dass meine Kaution von 100€ verloren gegangen ist und man sich bei mir meldet. Bis heute keine Rückmeldung des Hotels.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooftop bar has a nice view.

The property is tired. In need to redecoration. It is not as glamorous as the photos. Wallpaper peeling back, very dirty windows, the shower was still cold on its hottest setting. The room definitely needs some tlc. The road noise was awful. The windows don’t dampen the sound at all. The food offered in the hotel was very bland.

Very comfy bed. Ok for a one night stay. We were able to store a luggage until evening which was very helpful!

A bit dodgy neighborhood. Especially during the night. The bathroom could have been cleaner. The WiFi barely worked in the room. Had to get down to the lobby to get a good connection.

They rooms were so nice and the beds are dreams to sleep in! we love this and the breakfast was one of our favorites they go way beyond your typical breakfast to accommodate! Thanks Ramada we will be booking again

They need to make a formal menu our menu was on paper and barley visible to order from so we ordered out everything after breakfast!

Staff were not particularly helpful. Some facilities in the room did not work, such as the safe. Room seemed dingy because of inadequate lighting. I have experienced similar issues in another Ramada by wyndams before.

The location is ok. A mall is fine n walking distance to go and chill.

Breakfast was a real joke. Didn’t expected that! Very limited choices and pretty basic.

Night-shift Receptionist do not co-ordinate with Day-shift counterpart. We had to move and wait to get the rooms and bed we booked and paid for.

The room was big and comfortable and so were the beds. Staff were friendly and helpful (except for one guard).

The Saturday afternoon security guard was kind of rude to my friend. Good thing a hotel staff dropped by in the basement and assisted us because the guard looked either confused or didnt want to help when we requested for a luggage trolley. There was also a weird smell in the hallway. Probably because there were some used dishes that were left outside the rooms and were not bussed out immediately.

No hot water, room was not ready on my arrival at 2 am and i got a room with 2 beds instead of a king size bed i booked for and it had a smell of a room that has not been used for a while.. Tv was not working.

Staff were horrible and unprofessional. After a stressful trip in we asked where to eat dinner, they recommended the rooftop restaurant in the hotel. Staff didnt acknowledge us at all and we had to request to be seated. Very few things on the menu were available. What we did order took 30mins to come out (rice and meat), we were the only people up there. When it arrived it was tough fatty meat and Cold like it had been re-heated in a microwave. For fear of getting sick I didnt finish the meat only the rice. while we were eating this the staff smoking in the restaurant, making themselves cocktails and spitting alcohol and lighting it on fire for their own entertainment. Once we were done we waited 15mins for the bill and the staff took my card to another level for a further 10mins and processed payment without me. When we complained down stairs in reception they were not understanding and pushed back on our request for refund on dinner. We almost checked out same day due to the lack of service and quality. I wouldnt stay here again even if it was FREE.

The neighbourhood (to be honest, this neighbourhood looks like the city of Manila, 2-3 nightclubs and that’s it).

The front desk, when we were about to check out. We raised a concern that we had diarrhea and abdominal cramps pain after we had our buffet breakfast that we included in our stay. The first day it was good. But the second day which is our check out day. We had this concern since after eating on their buffet, I was the first one to feel the abdominal pain followed by loose bowel motion. Followed by my friend who start to experience diarrhea too. Its like 6x went to bathroom at that time. We called the front desk raising this concern and that we ask for extension since we were so weak and we needed the bathroom every now and then. Firstly, she told us we were the only one who had complaints about the food, secondly, she did extend us but only until 1pm. It's kinda dissapointing. Because the concern that we raise is something to be taken cared off. Atleast acknowledge our concern since we havent eaten anything after the breakfast and even prior to that. Also, cant she be more accommodating, since we were having those symptoms she didnt even bother to offer us help with our check out. Like send someone to carry our things. Or be more understanding to offer us atleast 2-3more hours of stay. I feel like she didnt even believe us. Nevertheless, we didnt argue with them. We just accepted that were the only one who says something about the food according to her. And went out our way since we only had 1 hour left the check out time. I even had to rush to their bathroom in the lobby prior leaving the hotel. On our way back, We have to stop over at Shell just to poop because as I said we left the hotel not totally feeling well. I am deeply disspointed, beacuse I know Ramada, I've been to other Ramada hotel abroad and it was a wonderful experience, but not this one. Will never come back.
