Easy can find food. Safety. Walking distance to shops

Strategic location. walking distance to restaurants and groceries shops. clean and comfortable unit. superb hot shower and good internet connection (wifi). Very easy host to deal with.
Cooking facilities are provided, but there are some that are lacking and can be improved. for example, a toaster.

Location. It was close enough to the town centre with all the eateries, Family Mary, 7-11. I had young children and senior citizens so we didn't walk, but it's walkable, 1km walk.
Water heater worked well. We all had nice warm shower.
The host was responsive and answered our questions promptly.
Many things were lacking. Shower soap/shampoo was empty, toilet paper was almost finished, there were no spoons, only a handful of forks, no kitchen wash cloth, no spare rubbish bin bags, and underneath the beds and sofa was very dusty. (I think these are basic minimum if u want to own a homestay)
Not enough plug points in the room, so if u have lots of devices, bring an extension cord.
There is no microwave oven. But they do have a pot and kettle and fridge+freezer.

-No curtains / tinted at the front window frm main door which is can't see clearer inside frm the corridor

the rice cooker is faulty. some of the power socket is faulty and the ceiling fan's remote control located at the living room is faulty. door knob of 1 of the room is faulty as well.

The location was peace and far from high traffic. The unit was spacious and comfortable for big family too
Need an improvement about the window cover, since there is no curtain or any cover so that people can directly see inside the house at the kitchen side

Water heater not function well, not so quite and can hear people laugh from outside, 2nd room was leaking by water from ceilling, no wifi. My bad experienced stay this unit.

-All rooms,ceiling fungus no maintenance, bed ,mattress not clean
-advertising says got WiFi when reach house no WiFi,ask owner ..owner says don’t know later ask staf says very long WiFi SIM card got stolen….. no responsibility about property unit
-whole family not happy for the properties unit
