The bad attention of the receptionist, the Booking for that hotel was 975 pesos with BREAKFAST INCLUDED, but for her I add 150. When I let her know the real price she gets angry and raises her voice, which seems inappropriate to me to explain something to me, she did not give me any proof like bills and she completely ignored me about the problem with the aircon. supposedly the room had a table and there was no table for my meeting, not to mention the chair, a totally dirty plastic one.

Facility was only able to receive payment in cash, so I needed to search for an ATM. Would have been better if I was informed beforehand. Upon entering the room, the entire room smelled like toilet/sewer pipes. It was awful. The room had bare minimum. I remember a toothbrush (I forgot if toothpaste was also provided), some very tiny and quite diluted conditioner/shampoo/body wash all in one. Luckily I brought my own. No soap provided as well. No drinking glass in the room as well. Though they provided two tiny mineral water bottles. Lastly, the door knob of my room totally snapped off the door, which made it difficult, if not impossible, to get out of the room. Reception promised to send someone the next day, but no one came. This place feels more like a poorly kept dormitory more than a hotel.
