My entire time at the hotel was fantastic. The room was excellent, spotless, and ideal.

The staff were amazing! Our friend was ill, and they kindly helped with an improved single bed in our room for her, and were very kind. They allowed us to keep our bags with them before and after check out just for the day. They went above and beyond what was expected so thank you! The location was also really good.

The corridor was in need of a little tlc, and the room was a little bellow how nice we thought it would be, and it did smell of cigarettes a tad, but overall good experience!

The bed was really uncomfortable, springs digging into my ribs! They charged us more than they were meant to but wouldn't budge and becasue we got their so early we were happy to pay a little extra for early check in. Until we saw the room. The rooms are awful not clean at all bathroom was also really gross! Bedding had so many stains! Luckily we've been carrying our own blankets and pillows becasue sometimes there so awful but usually the price is alot better! Do not believe the reviews on here! I would add photos but they just don't do it justice!

Absolutely nothing, it’s a scam! Please investigate!

This is a scam! Please don’t book this hotel. We made the mistake of choosing it based on the reviews on booking.com (I already explained them what happened). The dirtiest and most awful experience I have ever had. Been traveling for weeks at this point here and I’m not always expecting an incredible level/quality, but this was too much. Did not escape nor ask for a refund as I had to work with my laptop and it was 6:30am. When we saw the ratings in the app (especially all those great comments from other travelers like us) we thought it was a good idea to stay there. Of course you can always create fake profiles and booking and then as the payments are done by cash, they can make tricks. I’m sure it’s like that. Also, if you check properly what the comments say, they are extremely weird (also the names associated to the nationality). Last but not least, no hot water, water broken, bedsheets broken (we asked for new ones and we made the bed on our own, but still). And so many other horrible details you can imagine. Check the pictures out. Also, a cartel downstairs saying “breakfast available” and of course it wasn’t.

Loved the place for the hospitality as the service was as per the standard and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Curtains and bedsheet were dirty but changed instantly once complained.

Staff was polite and helpful just towel and door mate was not available when we went to ask them to provide, they arraged within 5 minutes.

Breakfast and food was so good. Very friendly and helpful staff members. Room was clean.
