Posizione e vista mare. Disponibilità dello staff nel fornirci stendibiancheria (che non era presente) e un asciugacapelli più potente. Monolocale luminoso.
Impossibile aprire finestra del bagno e della cucina a causa della puzza proveniente dal ristorante che si trova al piano terra dello stabile. Nelle scale stesso problema. Condizionatore mal funzionante e sporco. Letto scomodo e rumoroso ad ogni minimo movimento. In piena notte rumore e chiasso proveniente dalla strada. Nel monolocale vista mare purtroppo non c’è un balcone.

Struttura pulita e dotata di tutto il necessario per il soggiorno. La posizione è ottima perché in pochi minuti a piedi si può arrivare ovunque. La proprietaria Sarà, gentile e disponibilissima ci ha consigliato i posti da visitare e anche i locali/ristoranti.

I know that the place needs to be cleaned, but the check out of 10 am is a little early for me, especially as we checked out on a Sunday!

So perfect for a weekend stay for a couple. The property was by the sea but yet was fabulously central at edge of old town.

I loved the location in the old town, the sea view, and it was sparkling clean. Very cute apartment. Kitchen is well equipped for basic cooking.
It could have some more facilities added, some towel hangers, a big mirror, shower gel and similar stuff that usually you find in other places. There is some walking distance if you have many luggages from the free city parking.

Wonderful location in the historic old town with stunning views. Endless choice of restaurants serving authentic Sardinian food & drinks close by. Very helpful host Sara. A lift available for luggage was an asset
No change of bed linen during our 8 days. Towels changed once, after requesting. No broom provided despite the floor needing a daily sweep

I dont understand why miss Kettle for preparing tea. I dont need pot or pan to prepare cup of tea . Bad is from Ikea / very basic standard. Zero handsoap in bathroom.

we got an upgrade to the suite and that was lovely, very tidy, clean and well furnished.
no toiletries were provided and for that price it was odd not to find any.

Apartment is in perfect location close to everything for a beautiful stay. Our host Sara was so easy to deal with and had great communication with lots of information on Alghero. She kept us updated on events which we may have missed.
It's in a really busy area.. Which might not suit some people but we loved the busyness of restaurants and shops.

fabulous location very near the old town, Sara is super helpful , nothing too much for her , gave us loads of help with everything and we would definitely stay here again

The location was excellent, with the windows closed, the street noise was fine. Nice ocean view, nice size apartment, and bed was comfortable. Sara provided many helpful local resources.
The air conditioner is old, it had a difficult time keeping up with the heat. The fan was so helpful!!

The apartment was very clean, had everything we needed and in a perfect location. Sara our host was very helpful. I just wished we were staying longer 😀

Comfy place on the edge of the old town, 5 mins from anything within it. Nice, clean, basic room, as part of an apartments complex, kitchen too.
there was no parking at the property and the area is difficult to find parking in, when busy. had to settle for a spot 1 km (15 mins walk) away.

It’s a really nice place! Great location (a little bit noisy but it wasn’t a problem for us), clean rooms and a beautiful view! The kitchen is also amazing if you want to cook something. Sara is helpful and kind, there were no problems to contact or answer our questions

Everything was absolutely perfect. Sara is a wonderful host, her help and tips were fantastic. I would definitely recommend this place! We hope to come back someday!
