This is a very nice and comfortable, family run place at the seaside of Cagliari. We chose this place, because we did not want to stay in a busy and loud area of Cagliari - and it was the perfect choice. It’s a very nice and quiet area, and you are directly at the sea and only a short drive away from Cagliari center. The place has a private and closed parking, which is very comfortable! The room was perfectly clean, comfortable and nicely furnished - the terrace was very spacious and comfortable. The owners are very friendly and helpful people! the communication before arrival worked perfectly and always quick. And during our stay they were extremely helpful, finding a solution for a big problem we had. We can definitely recommend this place

Comfortable and spacious property, our room also had a nice terrace. The hotel is outside city but it’s only some 10-15 minutes drive to the city center and sailing club. There are few restaurants and shops within a walking distance. Staff was very welcoming and flexible to our needs, for example arranging breakfast earlier

Nice spacious room, spotlessly clean, great bed.. Very welcoming and helpful staff. We couldn't get a taxi and they came after us downtown at midnight.. We would have liked a room with a bakcony, but we got out on the terrace. Nice and funny conversation with Marcella at breakfast and the lady of the house. The atmosphere was cozy and pkeasant. Definitely recommand.

A bit noisy in the morning when breakfast was prepared. Quite far from Cagliari, a car would be advisable as taxis and public transportation are unreliable.

The garden was beautiful, rooms suuuper clean, customer service amazing, they even help us to find the best beaches to go and make the reservation. I will come back for sure.

Everything was perfect. Very well appointed room and house with every detail thought of. Exceptionally clean, very quiet and we were made to feel at home. The breakfast was wonderful too. Car parking securely on site was much appreciated.

La Terrazze gave us new flavour of quiet time together. More than decent apartment with spacious terrace and modern look brought brand new experience of resting we did not even expected. Located short walk distance from the main street and a supermarket, between other villas and gardens offered lazy days of sun-tanning and resting in clean, comfortable conditions, not only inside, but also in the garden. Helpful, friendly staff, always smiling with Italian hospitality was nice adder each day, starting from morning coffee. Perfect choice for people that want to get away from city and crowded hotels. Great location for south Sardinia sight-seeing. Although verbal communication was not perfect, I loved this way of getting closer to the point.

If I may have tiny remark, I would suggest to offer some vegetables on breakfast.
