Overall, we really enjoyed the vacation in Italy. The host was accommodating and friendly, thank you! It was nice that you had toast and jam for us to have a bite to eat after arriving.

1) There is an open socket with bare wires in the bedroom, which is unacceptable, especially when you are with children 2) Socket in the kitchen also falls out

The property is quieter and a bit secluded. Is at roughly 40-45 mins walk from the main Sorrento town centre which has all the nice food places, the port, is vibrant and has easy transport links to the surrounding locations and excursions. It costs 25-30 Euros in the taxi to come to the property and the bus option is not always easily available. so be prepared to walk to and from the town if you want to save on the taxi cost. The staff are easily contactable and are responsive via messages. However, they want you to agree the exact time of arrival, which was not possible for us as we were visiting first time and travelling on public transport. This was relayed to the staff pre arrival and they informed us there that might be delay in receiving us as they were busy on the day and had more check ins. We had to wait for 10-15 mins after arrival for someone to come over and hand the keys in. it was a bit disappointing in the start but the guy was friendly, so it was ok at the end.

Wifi was a bit slow and kept disconnecting. so at times, was not possible to look up for information (eg - to book ferry tickets etc. ) when on site. Although, the staff are responsive on messages, it takes time to resolve any issues if you are on short travel eg - we had trouble using the washing machine which was resolved on the 4th (and last) night of our stay (reported on 3rd day as only tried using the washing machine after the beach day). we had to check out the next day and had to pack away somewhat damp clothes when travelling.

The hosts were nice and available when needed. Nice balcony and view. Was a specious flat It's not in the center but easy to commute from there.... Nice beach near by and great supermarket 3min away

Not as shown in the pictures. A very old place and not clean. It's a shame since this apartment has a great circulation, a high ceiling but with it not clean at all and very old. Even the porch wasn't clean.

Location was excellent - few mins walk to train station which can get you to Sorrento in just 1 stop. Same line can also take you to Pompeii or Naples. Many cafes, restaurants and supermarket close by if didn’t want to go into Sorrento centre itself. Handy bar / cafe / shop downstairs for essentials e.g. water Apartment - good sized for 2 people for the week, very clean, lovely balcony, well lit for getting ready, plenty mirrors, well equipped kitchen if required, a/c in both living area and bedroom. Host Gabriele very helpful, friendly and knowledgable about area / tips etc. Vila provided many excursions if required. We were a little concerned about where to store our cases on departure day as we checked out 11am and didn’t leave for the airport until 3/4pm. However, we were very grateful that the hosts were able to store our luggage at their nearby office and even offered to transport in their car for us. This was much appreciated. Overall, we had a wonderful stay, and will recommend this Vila to anyone travelling to Sorrento area.

Location/views/peace away from the madness of Sorrento. Location to station/bar/supermarket/ beaches. Hosts Vittorio and Luca were great. Nothing was a problem to them. Advice about where to eat/see/transport.Luca in bar below. Nice to have a drink after a busy holidaying. Told us about local restaurant around corner. You must visit another place called Ristorante Da Fillippo that the locals frequent. Food is fab and not expensive They do a free pickup and return shuttle. Great idea as taxis are a rip off. Daily fruit and veg stall 50 feet from apartment. Watermelon was delicious . Don’t get taxi to airport. Book fee online with co called Carreri. 10 euros each. Takes an hour in comfortable air conditioned coach. Bus stop opposite square in Sant’Angello. If returning to Sorrento and property was available it would be a no brainier to stay here. Vittorios parents left us a lovely bottle of wine on the last day. We will save to savour when we want to recall our wonderful holiday. grazie mille

Beautiful apartment in a beautiful location. The landlord was particularly nice, I can recommend it to everyone.
