The location of this unit is ideal for walking to the main square and the Arena. It was wonderful to return to this AC unit midday to cool off and then return to the square. The comforts of having a small kitchen, washing machine & dryer, and a refreshing bathroom made this unit exceptional!

The apartment was new and very clean, the location was perfect. The host is very kind.

The apartment was on the ground floor and that was a little scary of us, bedroom window was infront of a basement. Wi-fi connection was not good and there is no Wi-Fi in the bedroom.

The appartment is at excellent location, few steps away from Arena and the famouse clock at the historic city entrance. Although it is a ground floor apartment in the city center, it was very spacious, newly equipped & decorated. There was all the furniture you need for your stay even if you like to prepare and cook 1 meal at home like we do, nice wooden floor, very very comfortable bed (although Paola prepared us sofa bed in the living room, all 3 of us was comfortable to sleep in our bed, my husband, I and our 5 year old) and nice kitchen. My fav was the spacious, clean and nice bathroom. The owner Paola really thought about all needed details so you can see that it has all the little things you'll need to make your self comfortable and like at home. If we come back (and we definitely will) this is where we are staying.

I give feedback and appraise the apartments rented vs. my expectations and the functionality needed for me and my family. And Via della Varverde 4 apartment in Verona exacly met my expectations based on the information gathered before the trip. Yes, it is quite old, looking tied, building - like most in the center of Verona ;)) -, without fancy windows and views, but it is fresh, clean, very functional apartment in center area of Verona. It is ground floor, and it was good to get in and out with our child's trolley. It has a lot of space, clean and light, and equipped by everything family needs usually. The apartment seems to be renovated recently, and all houseware and eqipment are new and of good brands, from simple Ikea till Villeroy&Boch. A lot of various kitchenware, ref, microwave, electric induction plate, capsule coffee machine, flat TV, WiFi, big regulated heating radiators and air conditioners, washing machine, and all the possible washing and sanitary supplies, and good set of kitchen supplies for the first time upon arrival. Apartment has direct individual access to the street, and it is just ~5-10 min walk to Arena di Verona and Castelvecchio, to couple of supermarkets, ~20 min to main Verona cathedrals, Piazza delle Erbe, houses of Romeo and Julietta. Many small restaurants (taverna, osteria, etc.) are around, and more are near the Arena. It should be noted that it is almost center, heart of Verona, but yet not ZTL traffic prohibited area, so it is easy to come by car exactly to the apartment to load/offload luggage, and then park the car on one of the various nearest parkings. The communication with landlord was great, and we have received all needed information, explanations and support. It was easy to get the keys (provided that you agree upon approximate time of arrival), and easy to leave. Great. We basically got what we wanted, and a bit more, and feel really satisfied by our 4 nights staying experience in this apartment.

Simple additional kettel for the water for tea would be helpful vs. boiling system in place.
