What an amazing condo! We had the privilege of staying here last weekend. The condo is everything that you see online and even better. It's a perfect location, spacious and has a great pool. The owner was very easy to work with an responsive. We will definitely be staying here again!

Very great location, close to everything, specially the night life. Medano beach was 15 minute walk down the marina strip. The condo was hard to find because the name of the condo was not on the booking and the address listed was non existent according to google maps. The name of the condo is the Plaza Nautica. Staff was very friendly and there is security. The condo was fine except that the all the beds were very uncomfortable and firm. Some of the pull out sofas were not in very good condition, and one of the condos had a very strong smell like sewer throughout our stay. We were a group of 14 people and we all had enough space. The kitchen was missing spoons and the stoves were very slow to heat things up. Overall, great location for someone who is looking to stay near all the night life.

Stayed here with a group of 6 guys and we were all very happy with these condos. Well appointed, clean, everything as described and an amazing location. Close to Marina, DT Cabo, restaurants, shopping and clubs. Pool area was great for relaxing in the sun! The entire group said they would book here again and would recommend this spot to friends. Great location, centrally located.

Spent about a week fishing and diving. These units are in a perfect location to everything especially water activities. Not to mention close all night life and restaurants. Everything is an easy walk. I mean really easy walk! Units are as seen on pics. No real surprises. Safe as well. Full time security. In short we will return. It is as advertised and is really a good value!

There was a group of 12 of us that stayed here in April 2018. I honestly feel like we were so lucky and blessed to find this property. The rooms are huge and the decks are so nice for lounging. The owner makes sure you have everything you need from towels, blankets, pool floaties, 2 sets of washer/dryers, 2 kitchens, and televisions in every room! She is also so kind, accommodating, and treats you just like family! The pool is beautiful, so relaxing, and gated so it’s very private. Every staff member is genuinely friendly and helpful, which is so rare! The residents that live in the complex are also so friendly and give great recommendations on things to do! It is located right in the Marina with food and shops literally right at your front steps. All the bars and nightlife are only 5 minutes walking distance away! It’s also a 15 minute walk or 5 minute water taxi to the beach and the taxis are fun, you see seals every time, and only $3-5/per person. I don’t think we could have picked a more ideal and perfect spot to stay! We are already planning another trip to Cabo and will 100% book this property again. We were so pleased with this property/location that we would plan our trip around availability of this property! I would give this property a 100 stars if I could! Highly, highly recommend!!

The place accommodated 14 of us girls. The place was in the most perfect convinient place in Cabo. For the night clubs it was perfect walking distance and it was in a safe area. The lights went out in of the rooms and I messaged the host and she replied very prompts which was very helpful. We were able to fix that problem. Other than that nothing was wrong with this place. I’d definitely return!!!

Property nice and secure for us 4 men.Beds are Very firm. If you are used to a pillow top mattress bring a sleeping pad! Would stay here again when we come fishing! Thanks!

We loved the condominium it was great size for all our family and it was at the perfect location,the only thing was the stove didn't work very well to cook breakfast for all our guests, but overall everything else was great!! We will use this place again!!

Air conditioning broken the first day, then a leak in the ceiling of one of the rooms that caused the tv to short circuit in the night. Sewage smell in half of the property. The power and water had to be cut for several hours while we were there. The beds were all very hard and uncomfortable.

Considering we had a total of 14 people this double unit/adjoining was absolutely perfect for our needs. It was a little troublesome checking in as the management office was closed, and we had a bit of a problem finding the exact building front (turns out it was pretty easy - when you know where you're going), but the location - directly on the marina was perfect. The rooms are very large - the kitchens spacious and the floor plan was very good. Everything was in walking distance - besides a trip or two to Costco and Walmart, we really didn't need the 2 vans we rented (and parking was included). The Grand Presidential Suite is highly recommended for those of you who have a large group.

Was clean and in an ideal location. Great for families and friends vacations. Only problem is, you've got to keep noise control to a minimum, b/c of other families and residents that live in the same condominiums.

This condo building is right in the heart of Cabo, a couple hundred feet from the Marina, where there are great restaurants and shops. It's also on the main shopping street for a bit more variety, as well as close to a major high-end shopping mall with a movie theater. You can walk to a quiet local beach at the near end of the Marina, do a 20 minute walk around the Marina to get to the main beach, Medrano, or take a water taxi for $10-12 for a five minute ride to Medrano. The Marina has water taxi's that will take you out to the Arch and Lover's Beach to snorkel, whale watching boats, fishing boats, etc. Cabo-Adventures is a five-minute walk away where you can play with their dolphins and they will take you up the coast to zip-line, ATV, etc. We did their Sunset Dinner on the beach at their ranch in San Cristobal - it was a favorite of our group and well priced. The Presidential Suite is on the 3rd floor (2nd in Mexico elevator terms), has nice overlooks to the Marina and the pool. Its two adjoined apartments allowed our group of 12 adults to be very comfortable, cook together, and watch Warriors basketball together (though we did that a lot downstairs at Cabo Cantina - our favorite local restaurant on the street). It's a bit rustic with a temperamental stove, some ceiling water damage, and a few dresser drawers that don't work, but we'd trade that off for its roominess and location any day. There is a construction lot with some trash on one side toward the Marina, but nothing's going on there and you quickly get used to looking over it at the Marina and other happenings. Of course, this is a city, with a mix of nice areas and not-so-nice areas. There's a lot of construction going on. The staff was nice and helpful (we did a cleaning service once during our 12 day stay) and there was a security guard at the front door of the complex. We felt the area was friendly and safe for us and our grown kids to wander. We enjoyed our stay very much and would like to return.

We stayed for a little over two weeks in late June and it was a fabulous vacation. We had a party of 11 and found the rental to be clean, spacious, centrally located to the marina and downtown, and had an easy-to-access, secure parking garage we used for our rental car. The office staff, cleaning/maintenance staff and security guards were all very friendly and fun. A special thank you to Katie Graney, the property owner. Katie was a pleasure to work with, accommodating and flexible. We will definitely be back!

Was an awesome place to stay and as described. It was very clean and had very nice bedrooms, a full kitchen, nice TV's in living room and master bedrooms. Also had AC which was crucial for the hot weather. Place felt very safe and secure and had very friends and professional security guards. Was close to everything and allowed our group to walk everywhere we wanted to go. Would highly recommend staying here.

Pros: Large, spacious, conveniently located (walking distance to downtown), coffee shop + restaurant downstairs, convenience store right across the street, gated entry with security guard on site 24/7 Cons: Does not provide basic necessities (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hair dryer, extra toilet paper, paper towels), linens smelled used and unwashed ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- We didn't realize until AFTER we booked the condo and a few days before our trip that the condo does NOT provide basic necessities such as SHAMPOO, CONDITIONER, SHOWER GEL, LOTION, AND HAIRDRYER. When I travel, I like to travel light, so having to pack all these extra items last minute was extremely inconvenient. The cost of providing these items is bare minimum, and should be provided by the rental unit. Furthermore, we had 12 girls staying at the condo, and we started to run out of toilet paper by the third day. Unlike a hotel, we couldn't just call for extra toilet paper so we had to purchase them ourselves. We had to purchase paper towels as well since that was not provided. I've NEVER stayed at an AirBnB, VRBO, or Hotel that does not provide these basic and essential items. I read another review that mentioned the condo isn't the cleanest, and I can't agree more. Since we had 12 girls, some of us had to sleep on the pull out sofa beds. The extra blankets and pillows smelled of sweat! I don't think they wash all of their linens after every use. I noticed that all the positive reviews for the condo was from 2013 or prior, and they all referenced Ray as the owner. This suggests that there was a change of ownership because I rented the unit from Katie Gibbs. All of the non 5-star reviews are from 2013-present, so the demise of this condo may be due to the ownership change.
