As we were three ladies. It didn’t feel safe being there. I believe it was quite a rough area but being tourists we had no idea when we booked it. The bathroom had black mould in it and we had an allergic reaction being in the room the facilities were old and worn. The floor was filthy but the sheets were clean. We didn’t stay. We left and stayed somewhere else. Very disappointed

People are coming out of their rooms for smoke and speaking loudly this after midnight

Friendly staff

Police knocked on my door twice at 4am in the morning looking for a woman & man who had been arguing. Room was not clean, flyscreens not on in bathroom so mosquito's were coming in & my window 2 front was shattered. Staff were very friendly but omg, never stay again!

Beds were comfy, aircon working well, hot water working well, fridge working well, microwave working well, staff were nice.

TV was loosing signal, door for the bathroom has a big chip on the bottom, I wish there was a proper blind for the window. Could not fully open the blinds as I won’t have any privacy through the glass windows. Such a shame as there is good natural light from the windows. Maybe a place to eat downstairs would be great too so customers don’t have to go elsewhere.

Hot showers, helpful friendly staff. Beds were comfortable.

Room was old and in desperate need of maintenance. Shower was hot with good pressure but flooded bathroom. Beds on castors which meant sitting up caused beds to slide away from wall.

Staff were super helpful, polite and cheerful. Receptionist phoned me with a message about my bankcard which was very kind as I had already left the Motel, and was worried about using the card. I was headed to hospital and this quick phone call made my day much easier, so thanks heaps! I will recommend you to other country travellers. The Chinese restaurant next door is also an added bonus as you don't have to go far for a tasty, cheap meal.

The fact that it has a swimming pool.

Door of the room was hard to get into and even harder to get out of. Swimming pool water was green. Had to ring the office to open so we could check out.

Upgraded to superior room - loved the comfortable king bed... staff were pleasant... perfect location for our needs

Sunlight peeping through the blinds, blockouts be a bonus

The location was close to the shopping centres.

The cleanliness wasn’t the best, the ceiling in the shower was covered in black mould.
