Nice staff, lovely room, fantastic location.

The location is near to the public transpot such as bus stop, subway and train station. The staff can speak english, and the price is reasonable.

The corridor is full of dust.

Big room with lots of space. We loved the neighbourhood with lots of restaurants, shops, the university etc. Free coffee and tea.

There is no elevator (we were on the 4th floor…) and the window was small.

The room was exceptional. It was extremely comfortable, clean, it had everything you needed, and the hotel itself was near every tourist attraction areas.

Good value for money. Friendly staff who are always available to answer any questions, help with anything. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and moisturiser, hair dryer provided. Great location and free coffee.

Room a bit small for two with our luggage but it’s still good value for money in Seoul. Towels were small.

I've stayed here many times before, and I'll stay many more times in the future. Comfortable room, great location, super friendly and helpful staff. The man even looked to see if my luggage looked heavy (it did) and put me on a lower floor so I wouldn't have to carry it up the stairs. I love that! I always love staying here, that's why I stay here so often.

It did get a little muggy/humid in my room, even with the air conditioner on, but that may be because of the storm that rolled through.

Not my first time staying here, and I still love it. Amazing location, super close to the subway and the shopping areas of Hongdae. Lots of cafes nearby. Love how comfortable the room is. Nothing too fancy, but it's great if you're mostly spending time in your room just for sleeping and getting ready for the day.

Somehow my things didn't dry from the downpour in my room, even with the air conditioning on, so be careful of the dampness during rainy days.

Very good value. Ehwa university location is convenient for the busier area of Sinchon - I walked, but calmer and quieter. I felt safe in the area as a woman travelling alone.

There were roadworks in the street during my stay which started early - but this obviously was completely beyond the hotel's control. The room had under floor heating which was still on at the end of April. It was a bit hot for me at night and I had to use the air conditioning

The location is great, pretty close to the subway and lots of convenience stores and restaurants. The rooms are comfortable.

The wifi wasn't working well enough to get any work done in the room. And the walls are thin, so I could hear the people in the rooms next to me very clearly.

I found a bed bug, asked for another room, but there were hair everywhere under the bedsheets. Clearly not cleaned (properly).

Location is great, very close to a metro station. Toiletries and beauty station provided, heated flooring and comfy beds. Excellent price for the room. Spacious room and separate bathroom.

The bathroom shower made the whole bathroom wet, makes it hard to use after you shower. No slippers provided for the room. The stairs can be a problem for some people, it was not for our group, but be mindful there is no elevator.

This was nice small hotel. It was worth the price. Corridor was cold, but room warm. Shower and bath included.
