Einer von Follys Besten! Dieses schöne und geräumige Haus verfügt über 4 Schlafzimmer und 3 Bäder gegenüber vom Strand. Der Eigentümer spart keine Kosten, um die Immobilie auf höchstem Niveau zu halten. Sie werden von einer großen Veranda mit einer Reihe entspannender Schaukelstühle begrüßt. Das ruhige Wohnzimmer verfügt über einen besonders großen Flachbild-Smart-TV mit Kabel. Dieser Raum fließt in den Essbereich und die Küche mit neuen Edelstahlgeräten und einem zusätzlichen Sitz- und Vorbereitungsbereich auf der Kücheninsel. Setzen Sie Ihren erholsamen Urlaub auf dem abgeschirmten Balkon mit Sitzbereichen und einer Hängematte fort, die Sie über die Glastüren des Essbereichs erreichen.

Perfect for 2 families with plenty of space, great back porch, we will come back!

Martiniville worked great for our family of 10, including kids and grandkids! The screened porch in the back was perfect for early mornings and dinners. The rockers in front were perfect for the baby. Access to the beach couldn’t have been easier. We will be back!

This was a very nice home located a block from beach. Plenty of room for our party of 10 to hang out and have space. The screened in porch was nice for an evening of cards after the kids went to bed. The amenities are minimal including not enough toilet paper, paper towels, Kleenex, garbage bags and dish soap, which we thought would be plentiful for a party of 10 for a week. Overall we were very satisfied! The fact we had a couple cockroaches show up was a little alarming, but the day the second one showed up, the pest control company showed up as well on a random check and sprayed, this seemed to keep them at bay.
Location was great to visit downtown Folly Beach, and take in all this city had to offer.

Martiniville was awesome! This absolutely a great rental. Four great bedrooms. Great decor. A great location. Super clean and just an absolutely a beautiful place.

We were in the area for a Celebration of Life and Memorial and the house was just perfect. We all had our own space and privacy but could come together easily for meals and to hang out in the common areas. Being so close to the beach was so nice. The house was very clean and well-maintained. We will be back.

We loved our time at Martiniville. Was the perfect stay for our two families to get together. Kids ages 1-6. Enough space for every one with easy access to the beach. Kids and adults enjoyed the screened patio during afternoon showers. Will stay again.

One of the cleanest places we have stayed. Very convenient to the beach and far enough away from the crowds. The place is spacious, plenty of parking, and easy to enjoy. Wish we had booked one more night!

There were no hiccups. The house was immaculate. We were somewhat apprehensive about renting a house that was pet friendly because of allergies, but we had no difficulties. The kitchen was well-appointed for cooking and had plenty of dishes to serve a group. The only surprise was the high tide one night of our stay came all the way up under the house due to a full moon. It wasn't deep, but the street in front of the house was at least a foot under water!

Look no further, this is the property you need to book. It is clean, comfortable and convenient to the beach! It is also close to town without being in the middle of the heavy crowds/traffic. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is stocked with everything needed to prepare meals. Great house in a great location!

Four couples stayed in property for long weekend. The house was very vlean and organized. Three minute walk to surf was awesome. One mile walk to Center Street for shopping and restaurants. Awesome rental property.

Beautiful, neat, clean.
We had an amazing time finding shark teeth. Long over due as a nurse a break to enjoy family was a must. Out last vacation was a disaster so we were very happy with the property managements attention to the septic, and the lack of propane on arrival. We are a family that leave a place better than we found it. So this home was amazing. It is very nice to have the manager answer the phone and care about an issue. Thank you

We all had a wonderful time. The house was spacious, airy, centrally located and right near the beach. So nicely furnished (and comfortable mattresses). We would ask for elevator access for move in /'move out next time.

Great house right on West Ashley in Folly Beach. Rooms were all a good size, almost have a 2nd living room on the top floor for the 2 bedrooms that are there and it has a nice screened in back porch from when the weather is nice. Very quick to the beach .Only drawback was an overactive fire alarm that went off twice when we were there for no discernible reason and rather loud w/d but that's super nit picky stuff. Definitely recommend!

Great house right on West Ashley in Folly Beach. Rooms were all a good size, almost have a 2nd living room on the top floor for the 2 bedrooms that are there and it has a nice screened in back porch from when the weather is nice. Very quick to the beach .Only drawback was an overactive fire alarm that went off twice when we were there for no discernible reason and rather loud w/d but that's super nit picky stuff. Definitely recommend!

This was our first time to Folley Beach and we loved our time there! The home was super clean and had everything for an easy stay! 4 adults and 5 teenagers. Comfortable beds, equipped kitchen, amazing screened in porch out back for lots of card games and meals. The short distance to the beach was awesome- walked back and forth for sunrises, beach days, and starry nights. It was just what our families needed after a long winter. We will be back!

The owners provided paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, and toilet paper for the house. We used the grill almost every night and loved eating dinner on the screened in back porch! Beach access is right across the street and it’s less than a mile from the main strip. I only wish we stayed longer!

The house is directly across the street from the beach and you can see the ocean from the front porch as well as the upstairs. The home was immaculate and just perfect for us to celebrate my daughter's 18th birthday with friends and family. There were three adults, two teens, and a 10 year old boy and we all had ample space. The location is far enough away from the noise of Center Street, but close enough to bike or drive the one mile easily. We will be back!

Location was perfect for a family of 8. Beach access directly across the street, a short walk to town and a 20 minute car drive into Charleston if there was a desire to skip the waves for a day. The home is in good shape and the management company did an excellent job communicating throughout the process. Thanks for hosting us!
