Tutto, struttura come nuova, molto pulita e accogliente, camera confortevole dotata di tutto. La colazione eccezionale, ma il plus è dato dal personale, in particolare la signora Valeria molto disponibile e gentilissima pronta a venire incontro alle esigenze, e la proprietaria una signora simpaticissima e super disponibile ad accontentare ogni nostra esigenza.

Se devo trovare qualche neo, è la rumorosità della stanza a piano terra dove ho alloggiato e l’orario della colazione che inizia alle 8,30, un po’ tardina per chi come noi voleva muoversi in anticipo per visitare le zone d’interesse nei dintorni.

Localização excelente! Estacionamento público bem perto. Quarto lindo, muito limpo, moderno, grande. Cama maravilhosa com lençóis e toalhas de banho impecáveis! Banheiro grande com ótimo chuveiro e secador de cabelos potente. Tudo perfeito! A gentileza da anfitriã Valéria é um capítulo à parte. Muito cuidadosa sobre as necessidades dos hóspedes, indica restaurantes, praias, monumentos… Café da manhã muito bom! Algumas comidinhas e café à disposição durante todo o dia. Muito carinho e cuidado durante toda nossa hospedagem.

Sehr zentrale Lage im wunderschönen Stadtteil Ortigia, trotzdem ruhig. Viele Verpflegungsmöglichkeiten und Sehenswürdigkeiten in kurzer Gehdistanz. Leckeres Frühstück auf schöner Terasse. Sehr freundliche, zuvorkommende Betreuung durch die Inhaberin Valeria. Gut ausgestattetes, geräumiges Zimmer.

Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln.

The staff went above and beyond to ensure that our family had an enjoyable stay; so helpful and friendly. The property was so comfortable- good beds, cool and clean.

Our stay in this superb BnB was faultless from beginning to end. Professional staff, Laura, Concetta, and owner Guiseppe made us feel so welcome from day one. Because they lived locally they were able to provide information on events, timetables, opening times etc that guided our daily excursions. We were treated more like friends than guests with a warmth and sincerity you rarely find. This is a gem of a place located just off the main hub of Ortigia but within five minutes walk of warm seas, outstanding cuisine, and history in abundance. The staff here personify all that is wonderful about Sicily and in particular Syracuse. The BnB itself is a recent modern and smart renovation of an old building. It's extremely comfortable and a real cool oasis away from the heat of the fierce Ortigia sun. I cannot recommend this place highly enough.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Very nice place in the center of Ortigia. You dont need a car here, everything is walking distance, however, if you are arriving in a car choose your parking spot carefully, to avoid getting fined/towed. There’s a big underground parking on the west side. The parking machine accepts only cash. The host here was awesome! Totally recommend all the places she suggested for food and drinks. The pistachio croissant at breakfast was great! In general breakfast in italy is kind of limited, and i wasnt sure what to expect, so this is probably the best that you can get. The location is perfectly situated near the center, everything is walking distance. In general we are kind of happy with our stay, except that it was too expensive for what it offers.

The shower is dripping, impossible to wash my hair. The pressure is extremely weak. The AC turns on but it doesn’t work, it doesn’t cool the place, it was too hot. We couldn’t sleep. The pillows are too soft. The bed is not very comfortable. Too expensive for the above reasons.
