Unser Ferienhaus am Meer liegt zwei Blocks zum schönen Belmar Beach und 4 Blocks zur Main Street. 3 Schlafzimmer, 1 Bad, mit Waschmaschine / Trockner, Wohnzimmer, Esszimmer und separate Küche. Alles frisch gestrichen mit neuen Möbeln. Es gibt eine Außenterrasse mit Stühlen zum Entspannen nach einem Tag am Strand.
Auf der ersten Etage hat Schlafzimmer 1 ein brandneues Doppelbett. Schlafzimmer 2 hat eine brandneue Voll / Doppel-Kombi-Koje. Schlafzimmer 3 im Obergeschoss verfügt über 2 neue Betten.
Voll ausgestattete Küche, Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine / Trockner. Flachbildschirm 55 "Smart TV Internet / WLAN. NEU! Zentrale Luft / Wärme.
Parkplätze abseits der Straße für bis zu 3 Autos.
Im Sommer vermieten wir ganze Wochen von Samstag bis Samstag. Dies ist eine ruhige Gegend und sucht nach Familien, die eine tolle Zeit am Strand genießen und die guten Restaurants in Belmar und Umgebung nutzen möchten.

This is the second year our family has rented this home, we truly do love it! The kitchen reno is beautiful, everything is well appointed, and you’re so close to the beach. Hosts are very kind and communicative, you won’t regret staying here!

The location is amazing, Paula is communicative, and the place has a lot of amenities: good quality towels and sheets, nice cookware, plus the outdoor shower and off-street parking. Quiet neighborhood and plenty of space inside, great for a family.

My family had a wonderful stay here, and you can’t beat the location! The available beach items to use was a huge plus, as was the outdoor shower. Great amenities, all you needed to bring was yourself! Would absolutely stay here again!

We had a great time at Paula’s house in Belmar. The location was perfect for us to walk two easy blocks right onto the beach. We were able to walk to Main Street easily as well.

This property was wonderful for our stay in Belmar. It had everything we needed for our family and three young kids to be comfortable. The location to the beach and town was perfect so that we were able to walk everywhere. We were also a short walk away from three fun playgrounds, which was a huge plus! The check-in/check-out process so easy. I highly recommend this property!

This is a great house for our family of 5, plus my parents. The layout is open and appliances are all new and worked without a hitch. The beach badges, chairs and toys allowed us to enjoy the beach all week. The mattress was super comfortable, which is a big deal for any traveler! The check in/out process was easy, and the owner was friendly and helpful. Would recommend to anyone visiting Belmar!

Belmar Cottage
This property is as described, two blocks from beach and on a quiet street in a family neighborhood. AC worked perfect but going up the stairs to second floor bedroom was a bit warm but the window unit took care of that. The bathroom and kitchen had everything needed so all we had to do was shop for groceries. Host Paula was attentive to any questions we had and was extremely helpful! We even met the people that live in the units behind the cottage!

The house was so clean! And very comfortable and welcoming. The pictures were accurate- very nicely decorated. We all enjoyed our stay here. The host was wonderful - very accommodating and pleasant. I would stay here again.

Great beach house for family with kids
Property was everything promised and we had a great time with our 3 young children. Really enjoyed the short walk to the beach, the breezy front porch, and having boogie boards to use too. Bathroom was beautiful, although we ended up using the outdoor shower mostly to get the sand off. Would love to stay here again and highly recommend.

Everything you need for the perfect beach vacation!
This property has everything you need to enjoy an amazing time at the shore. We brought our kids (8 & 4) and they had the time of their lives. They loved the bunk beds and beach toys. After a full day of activities, it was great to have a big TV to watch movies before they head to bed.
The kitchen has all new appliances and the bathroom has been completely renovated. The beds are comfortable and the whole place was spotless clean.
The cottage is so close to the beach that we went back and forth for lunch. It’s a quiet street and the neighbors were very pleasant.
Lastly, if you have any questions, the property owner is very helpful and responsive. They have an entire binder of info at the cottage so you can get acclimated if it’s your first time to Belmar.
Absolutely fantastic value and highly recommend for families with young kids.

We stayed over the Memorial Day weekend. The house was very clean and well stocked. Communication with Paula was great. She made everything very easy and provided a welcome packet that was very informational. Would definitely stay here again.

Loved our beach vacation!
We had a wonderful week at Paula’s beach house! The location is excellent… A short walk to the beach from beautiful tree-lined street with friendly neighbors. House was clean and comfortable, and had everything we needed. AC worked great through the 90+ degree heatwave. Check in/out was super easy and Paula was responsive and provided all the info we needed to enjoy the area. Great stay!

What a great location!
Paula’s place is a great spot for a getaway in Belmar. Close walk to the beach, and a short walk to downtown Belmar for ice cream and shopping. The house had everything we needed, and the renovations in the house are great. Very clean and comfortable. Paula is very responsive and engaging. Looking forward to a future stay.

Great Property, Great Location and Accomodating Hosts
My wife, baby and I stayed at the property for the week of 4th of July. The house was as advertised, two blocks from the beach on a nice quiet tree lined block. Paula was accomodating and communicative throughout the whole process and the check in/ out process was very seamless. Would definetly recomend for anyone looking for a property near the beach in the Belmar area.

This house was very nice! It was clean, had everything we needed (including 3 spots for parking) and was only a few blocks from the beach. It was a perfect place for my family and I to spend the weekend. We would definitely come back!

Beach weekend
We planned a short beach weekend to spend time with family after my cousins wedding. We fell in love with this sweet little house and Belmar. The house and property owners are amazing. They made our stay perfect. The neighbors made us feel like we had lived there for years. Everything you could need is within walking distance. We will be back.
