Overall the place was nice, could use a little maintenance on interior as far as paint but obviously there will be scuffs from people moving in and out, counters had a good bit of sand on them and the dryer was broke when we got there, and the cord is gone to the electric griddle.. so with that being said i think a little better of an inspection could be done before arrival.. and the dryer was fixed within a couple days so we appreciate that.

The condo is very nice, very comfortable and had everything that we needed for our stay. Easy access to everything from convenient stores, food, the beach, a pool for the entire family and more. Overall a great place to stay. I look forward to future booking. 10/10

The condo was beautiful. Feet/socks got pretty dirty walking thru the condo from day one. Loved the Rec Room. The younger kids spent a lot of time there. The fact that there were no restrooms at the pool and beach caused me a great deal of concern because of my colon cancer. Never have stayed at a Condo where the pool had no restrooms in 40+ years of vacationing. This would have been a deal breaker for us. Very uncomfortable knowing you are at the beach or the pool and the only restroom is in your condo. Otherwise the condo worked great for my family. Great family time. Just couldn’t have that quality time at the beach or pool.

The place was nice. It was centrally located around shops and restaurants. If you are taking a large group, it is an excellent place to stay. The only thing not provided was extra toilet paper. Also, some of the sheets were stained.

The property was as described. The home was clean and offered everything we needed for our family of 14. I would book again

Upon arrival we saw that many things were broken. One bathroom had black mold on the ceiling and the light fixture was hanging loose. Another bathroom could not be locked and the door handle fell off if you pulled on it. A bedroom door was coming apart and one of the headbands were broken. There was a loose threshold that was a tripping hazard. We got stuck in the elevator on the first day and then it was out of order on the 4th and 5th day. I contacted the property management the first day and every day of our trip, which was 7 days. Every day they told me someone would come to fix the problems but nobody ever called or came. The unit was also very dusty and the floors were sandy and needed to be mopped. Overall it was not a good experience

Great Place, Great Price
The unit itself was nice enough. It would be nicer if each king bedroom had it's own bathroom, but it didn't so you can make it work. Near the public beach access and walking distance to a lot of fun things to do.

Big Family Vacation
Overall, everything worked out for the good and we had a wonderful trip. Condo was clean but we didn’t get checked in until an hour after we were supposed to, as it was still being cleaned. Property is managed by Vacasa and they never returned my call about not being able to work the TV’s. It turned out something was unplugged and we figured it out but they still never followed up with us.

ZERO REGRETS
We had a family reunion 10 people. The condo was beautiful and looked exactly like the pictures on the site. Everything was within walking distance, from food, liquor and activities. I have zero regrets and will definitely recommend to family and friends.

Close to the beach⛱, great pool for kids
The condo was the perfect size with lots of bathrooms so everyone could shower after the beach and pool. The beach was just across the street. The covered parking was wonderful.
The only downside was the condo was not as clean as we had hoped. It was mainly the floors. The kids feet were black and had to be washed before bed. The cleaning service did send someone out to re clean the floors the next day. That helped a lot.
There were several things that had been broken from the last guests that stayed. So the owners had to have repairmen come to fix things while we were there. We weren't happy about this because they gave the repair men access to the condo for if we were not there and all our personal items were there and unattended. And we weren't given much notice for when they would arrive. And we felt like we had to be at the condo while things were being repaired.
But overall we would stay here again. It worked out great for our group.

Myrtle Beach Condo for a Large Group
The property was perfect for what we needed. We had 14 in our group, mostly teenagers, and it was large enough that we did not feel like we were on top of each other. The location was perfect. The only issue we had was with the plumbing between the garbage disposal and the dish washer. The previous tenant must have clogged it up because it kept on backing up when we ran the dishwasher. Our hosts were quick to respond and we found a way to unclog the sink so we could use both the disposal and dishwasher again. I would recommend this condo to anyone with a large group. Close to the beach, restaurants and a great ice cream parlor.

Family vacation
The unit was spacious. When we arrived, there were a few things the cleaning company missed, but all the things were readily available for us to vacuum, sweep, and wipe down. It was the perfect size for our group and very accommodating. Close to attractions and the beach. The security team was awesome!!!

Overall pretty good
Overall everything was good with the stay. I will say that there were crumbs of food in a few bedrooms when we checked in as well as dishes leftover in the dishwasher that we just left there when we checked back out.

Great Stay
My family and I were VERY satisfied with this property. It definitely looked like the pictures on site. My whole family was impressed with the space and cleanliness. We really enjoyed our time together celebrating my mother’s retirement. We were super impressed with all of the supplies in the kitchen ie dishes and utensils. We actually brought stuff with us because we were used to places not having but you all shocked us and we didn’t have to use our stuff except for air fryer. We have saved this property for future rentals and shared with family and friends. Thank you Maggie for responding to me so quickly when I had a question after arriving in town.

Incredible Vacation Condo
Maggie & John were the perfect hosts. The bedrooms, bathrooms, living space, balconies, and accessories were well appointed and perfect for our large multi-family gathering. Each room had its own TV- perfect for everyone. The kitchen was well-stocked with every possible dish, pots, pans, and service for 18+...complete with 2 refrigerators and 2 coffee pots- perfect for us. It was also great having multiple vacuums, ironing essentials, play area, and massive dining area for all of us to eat together - which made a perfect Thanksgiving! We also enjoyed the lazy pool, kiddie splash area, and jacuzzi area. Condo area was clean, convenient, and safe. I highly recommend this space for large groups and multi-families. DEFINITELY 5 STARS

Family Fun Time
Lovely villa for family get together, girlfriends' week or friend's week. Would love to see more emphasis placed on cleaning. Especially dust mopping under the beds and furniture. Vacuum is unable to reach under these items unless you use a vacuum with a pipe attachment and brush. Baseboards need to be sweet off with a broom or vaccuum cleaner brush attachment.

Hidden Gem
My family really enjoyed our stay at the Villa. The house was decorated and looked just like the pictures and the description. The neighborhood was decent and safe. Overall all our stay was satisfactory. My only concern was the cleanliness of the condo. With a good deep cleaning the house would be 5 stars. Overall I enjoyed my stay with 15 other relatives and I would recommend this condo to anyone planning a vacation with a large family.

Wonderful Experience for the family
We tried something different this year and left the homestead and rented a condo for Thanksgiving. Though our home had plenty of room to house the entire family, choosing to rent a condo gave us more room and an environment where each family also had personal private space by having their own bedroom and separate bedrooms for the children. We were 1 block from the beach and close enough to the boardwalk. There was something for everyone in Myrtle Beach.
The accommodation were great. The owner’s responded immediately to address potential concerns beforehand and very kind. The property manager responded immediately when contacted to solve a minor concern. Overall experience was awesome. Would stay at same property if available and times could be coordinated. Thanks for helping us plan the perfect Thanksgiving vacation.
