Neat, clean and everything we needed

not sure how the heating worked, couldn’t turn on the heated towel racks ( no instructions) but maybe because we are not used to indoor heating , otherwise everything was great !

Shops and train station are within a walkable distance (5-10 minutes). There is a Waitrose across the road.

Clean, spacious, suuuuper well equipped!!

It was secure, clean, roomy, and quiet. Modern and up to date with usb ports in all the rooms. Grocery store across the street, little clean town with shops pub and restaurants in walking distance. Maidenhead train station close walk, bus and uber with ease and quick.

No air condition however the weather was reported to be unusually hot in their history so ac not necessary.

This is a lovely, clean, easily accessible property with ample space in each bedroom and lounge. All the facilities that we needed for a short stay were available.

A little tricky to find the keys upon arrival as the keg to the main door wasn’t in the place we had been instructed. Got there in the end though. We travelled and stayed during the heatwave last week so it was stiflingly hot in the apartment, with no air. Even without the heatwave I think the apartment would be very hot. Fans were provided though

It was very clean, comfortable modern and well layered out. The service and attention to detail on everything was great. It was also a very nice location. We highly recommend this property. We would look to there stay again in the future. Even whenever we had problems like being locked out of apartment, they were courteous and quick to respond. great amenities nearby.

Large, clean 2 bed and bath, ideal for 2 x couples. Great location near to restaurants, supermarket and train station.

Slight smell from main bathroom

The property was very clean and modern and had everything we needed. Also the location was very good with a short walk to local shops and bars.

we were provided the wrong keysafe number so when we arrived we couldn’t gain access to the flat, however I called the 24/7 line and they were very helpful and rectified it for us.

Well located -close to town centre and to Waitrose ( over the road for supplies) but quiet area.Only a small block of flats. Facilities include washing machine,dishwasher,hairdryer,iron,hairdryer,two showers in this case as had en suite and family bathroom. Plenty of options on the TVs :Now ,Netflix,iplayer ,etc. Neutral decor and seemed well cared for.

Liked everything. Those with small children or mobility problems should note that the access is via stairs and there are also a few steps into lobby area from car park. Initially were sent instructions for wrong flat but hosts were most helpful over the phone.

It was nice having all the amenities needed for our stay at our fingertips. The pictures were an accurate depiction of what we were to expect upon arrival. The location was perfect for the area where we needed to be.

It would have been helpful to have a drying option on the dryer because our travel did not fall within the service day period. We did find that we needed towels and tried to wash the ones we used, but without the dryer it made it a little difficult.

Close to town centre

Requested a cot both on the booking and on a separate email. No cot upon arrival. Phoned helpline to organise cot and was charged a further £60 (travel cots of better quality available in Argos for £40). Cot arrived at 9.15pm with a plywood base, unsuitable for a 1 year old to sleep on. Tried to cancel booking and leave following day and host was unable to organise or process a refund. Bedroom floor had not been vacuumed, bathroom floor had not been mopped and there was an old sock in the wardrobe.

The location was great and close to important places - accessible.

The bed was really uncomfortable. The mattress was too soft. The wooden edges does not work. We all ended up with bruises on our legs due to the bed frames.

The apartment was spacious, comfy, equipped for a family

There were items of litter left from previous occupant such as sweet wrappers and McDonald’s papers
