Lage, Ausstattung
Bis in die Früh war der Lärm der Diskothek, Musik und Besucher im Haus zu hören! Unakzeptabel!!!!!

The location is excellent. Walking distance to most of the main attractions.
The room. The shower was fantastic but took up most of the bathroom space and the sink was in the bedroom, not practical. Lightning was dim, and not practical. Room was near the nightclub entrance, so don’t expect any sleep until at least 3am! Breakfast was adequate, but not 5 star.

Maybe the lighting in the bathroom, a little on the dim side! The overall the room was beautifully decorated with a Spanish Latin touch!

The small details and comfort of the room. The hotel staff were exceptional with respect to customer service and attention. The small things they do to make the stay feel extra special. The breakfast is very good, a la carte and is of premium quality. The hotel is one of the best boutique hotels I have been to in Europe. It truly is a five star property.

Beautiful decor, great location, clean, friendly, great bar, nice staff
Room was tiny even though we booked a Grand Deluxe you could barely walk around the bed! Suggested to the hotel they are clearer about room sizes on website. They then upgraded us which was nice. (Our bath had leaked as well)
No food available in the bar...a few snacks would have been nice. Downstairs is a gorgeous bar but very limited drinks and again no food.
We were told breakfast starred at 7am but in fact it was 7.30am so had to sit there and wait. But staff really lovely and it's a gorgeous place with comfy beds and very clean.

The staff were exceptional in the personal service they provided. Nothing was too much trouble. They went over and beyond to ensure we had a perfect stay.
The passage from the bedroom to the bathroom was a little dark with the black floor and two steps. Easy to miss the step or stub toes!

Location perfect, rooftop bar exceptional, one of the best I have been to in Europe with an amazing atmosphere. Good amount of reserved tables/chairs for hotel guests but still a struggle to get one if you arrive too late. Staff extremely polite and helpful and nice little touches such as cheesecake delivered on our last day.
Lighting not great for women applying makeup! Also, apart from a few coat hangers, there was absolutely nowhere to put any other clothes, not even a shelf in the bathroom to place your toiletries. Found this strange for such a high end hotel that these small features were not considered but other than that perfect and would highly recommend!

Nada, tal vez y por decir algo personalmente preferiría algo de más de luz en el cuarto de baño de la habitación, pero es una apreciación muy personal 🤗

The property was beautifully designed and our room was exceptional. We stayed in the Suite Atico and it was worth every penny. The staff regularly cleaned the room and provided fresh towels, the bed was extremely comfortable and there were lots of little touches like macarons being left for us, and a great sound system to use. The breakfast was fantastic and the rooftop pool and cocktail bar was amazing for relaxing on hot afternoons.
We felt very well looked after and would definitely recommend this hotel.

The property is in a great location and the reception staff are lovely.
The female bar and breakfast staff are shockingly inept. They aren’t particularly polite, don’t know the menu and are keen to blame the customer when they bring the wrong items.
Cleaning staff use a particularly strong room spray, and it’s not very nice.

Abbiamo molto apprezzato il servizio di car parking e in generale l'accoglienza presso la struttura, la posizione è perfetta, le camere davvero intriganti e spaziose, la colazione da acquolina in bocca.
Un particolare ringraziamento per il late check out fino alle 16 che ci ha concesso di godere appieno della giornata avendo il volo alle 18.

Dark room (reported) - why have a writing table positioned where there is zero light. Whole room needs more light. Why have the Safe positioned in such a way you have to lie on the floor to use it. Lifts have a mind of their own, some go to some floors and not others, you have to use your key on some floors but not others!!!

The staff were exceptional! From the moment we arrived, we were well looked after. The breakfast was fabulous and again the staff in the breakfast room went above and beyond and extremely professional. Really enjoyed our stay love the quirkiness and cleanliness of the hotel. Really good location as well. Lively fun, tapas restaurants in easy reach in the evening. Felt very safe and really enjoyed our stay. Would highly recommend such a cool & unique hotel with professional and friendly staff. 😀

La suite es espectacular, con unas vistas inmejorables. La decoración , el ambiente y el mobiliario súper original. El personal del desayuno fue muy amable, en especial la encargada, que nos pareció una profesional impecable. En mi opinión es de lo mejor de Sevilla.
Tuvimos un problema en el check out con una chica de recepción, q se llamaba paula. El día anterior nos hicieron elegir una hora de recogida del coche y cuando hicimos el check out el coche no estaba. Como excusa nos dijeron que es q estaban muy ocupados y sin mas me dijo dos veces muy seca; “efectivo o tarjeta” muy fui con muy mala sensación del hotel.

Very quirky and original decor. The rooftop bar, our junior suite on the 2nd floor was very comfortable. Excellent location and great that valet parking was provided to take the stress away from trying to find a car park.
