A sweeping brush and bag for the hoover would have been useful in case of accidental breakages.

The owner's behavior is very good ,The view is amazing and near the boat station

Extremely close to Tavernola ferry stop. One stop to Como . Supermarket close by. Clean, smart interior. Some teas and coffee provided and a bottle of water. Good communication with the owner prior to visit.

Tall hedge across the full width of all windows prevented what could be a glorious view of the lake. This can only be seen if you stand. Felt like I had booked a completely different room from the photographs on web. Small garden area lovely but again cut off from the view behind high hedge. Chose this accommodation because of the apparent view but was very dissatisfied. Felt like a cave. No breakfast provided, again extremely disappointing particularly at the price charged and the fact it's called a B&B.

The welcoming host Davide, was very helpful and happy to let us know of all the wonderful attractions in the area . We arrived late due to traffic, and unfortunately could not stay to enjoy this beautiful place . We would definitely recommend the accomadation here. Unique , exceptional view and very safe parking .

Everything about this location is phenomenal! The location, the cleanliness, the owner, the ease of find. I highly recommend staying here. David is very informative and helpful. The place is beautiful overlooking lake como and right by the boat stop going in every direction. 100/10

The unit was well equipped and there were plenty of eating options near by as well a huge supermarket. The ferry stop was just across the road as was the bus stop.

Davide was a great host. The property had Netflix in English which was a great break to be able to watch tv before bed and relax. Property was clean and comfortable. Wish we had more time.

The amazing location on the lake shore provides breathtaking views; the sun shimmers on the water, making it simply MAGICAL for a holiday. The apartment has everything you could need and is beautifully designed and furnished. My favourite spot was the rotating armchair located to admire the view through the huge windows. The client treatment is second to none, they provide a 5-star experience. I will definitely be back.

The perfect place to stay for a few days. So comfortable with a wonderful view and everything you need. We would highly recommend it. Davide is a perfect host, We hope to come back some day.

We loved everything. The floors are bare and a bit cold (we did stay in February) so make sure you bring some slippers, or good thick socks.
