Great value and great service with a fantastic breakfast.

Caroline is an excellent host. Super friendly and easy to communicate with. We spent one night on our way from Galway to Dublin. The breakfast is amazing. We had pancakes, porridge and eggs on toast, coffee and orange juice. Everything was delicious.

My host, Caroline, was lovely. She made me dinner and breakfast and was very helpful in answering questions.

All good, except the bathroom was quite cramped and I prefer a firmer mattress.

The service and hospitality was Frist class

Excellent breakfast, set me up for the whole day. Staff very pleasant.

I liked everything! Was pleasantly surprised to find such a little gem. So warm and cosy, all stoves lit, on a very cold evening. Caroline was so welcoming and Sandra served beautiful food and so pleasant. Had a great sleep and lovely Breakfast, at a very reasonable rate. Will definitely be back 😊

Fabulous breakfast, comfy beds. Caroline looked after us very well. Nothing was too much trouble. Even when a delayed flight meant our arrival was hours later than planned, she couldn't have been nicer. And, when I had a coughing fit during breakfast, she silently appeared with a much appreciated glass of water. Thank you 😊

1st class throughout

Caroline was so friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Breakfasts were made to order and delicious. Such a cozy and comfortable place. She offered many suggestions for hikes, local sites and area restaurants. We certainly made a great friend this trip. Thank you!

the ease to get in and out of town. very rustic converted pub

was a bit cold. general layout could do with some updating

The host, very attentive but not intrusive. The bed was very comfy. Breakfast was fantastic and set in an old time theme with a few quirks . Brilliant stay and you have a great pub 25 yards away.

Nothing really, maybe a tv in the room but there is a tv room if you want it .

The Owner/Manager Caroline was on hand, very helpful and practical and it was a pleasant experience checking in and getting assistance with luggage up the stairs,

There were too many beds in my bedroom, and an element of furniture chaise lounge was not practical, better to remove and put in a fold up small portable bed for a child or young person to use, two double beds and a good sized single bed was far too much,

Caroline was a fantastic host who went the extra mile to make us feel welcome. She's also a fantastic cook! I would definitely recommend Gordon's. Its also BYO in the restaurant which helps keep the costs down

Not a lot really. It's a little remote, but that may be a plus for some. Also there's a steep staircase to the rooms but my parents in their 70's managed it.

I thoroughly enjoyed a beautifully cooked generous breakfast of good quality food. I had good wifi, Also Caroline was extremely friendly, welcoming and attentive.
