The noise from the street is very loud as the door to the balcony is not soundproofed and does not close properly.

El hotel tiene buena ubicación y las instalaciones están bien. Las camas son cómodas. Cada habitación tiene un frigobar. El baño está bien. El personal es muy amable, especialmente el del bar.

La limpieza en las habitaciones fue muy superficial y no todos los días. Mejoraría mucho si el aseo se hiciera diariamente y de manera más profunda. La aislación de las habitaciones también podría mejorar; se escucha el ruido de las habitaciones adyacentes.

This was the best little secret in Hawaii

The staff was extremely kind and courteous, the hotel is 5 minutes walking distance from the mall and the shoreline where you can take a nice walk and enjoy the run rise or sunset! My friends and I would go for walks every morning and enjoy coffee from the local coffee shop called sunrise coffee which is also next to Aloha kitchen a great breakfast spot! We also enjoyed the pastries from a local bakery named Kulu Kulu all this within walking distance from hotel it’s a great spot to stay at!

Everything was great no complaints at all!

Noisy road noise, power outage left the levator not working for much of the afternoon and overnight so I had to walk up ten flights of stairs.

Unfriendly and unwilling to help staff Our garbage was removed on the third day, after we asked for this service. Never bothered to clean anything in the room, and for every towel, or coffee we asked, it felt like we are asking for a favor. The place feels old and unclean. Has a lot of potential, but very disappointing service overall. We switched hotels and for less money got a 3 stars hotel so much more enjoyable. Extremely poor quality pillows. Stained bed and cheap thin sheets

チェックインが簡単．ロケーションが良く，様々なところに歩いて行ける． また，ABC マートも近くにあるので夜でもちょっとした買い物に行きやすい． アラモアナショッピングセンターも歩いて行ける距離なので，お土産を買う場合も困らない． 空港からホテルまでは Uber で大体 $25 くらい（2023 年 12月時点）．

From day 1 service was exceptional very welcoming and catered to our needs! Rooms were great and what I was looking for! Location was perfect 10mins from Alamoana Mall,beach and to all tourist attractions. It was a home away from home. Will definitely be coming back to stay! Bed very comfortable. Enjoyed bar area and bartender. Convenient to bus.

Feels like it needs updated, especially the bathroom fixtures. We preferred to take the stairs, but they were blocked with vacuum cleaner and cleaning stuff.

The location is excellent. It is close to the shopping mall and the beach. The room is comfortable. The room is quiet when the window is shut. The staff are very friendly. They helped us store our luggage before our check-in time.

The bathroom door could not be properly locked. There is no bath tub and no exhaust fan in the bathroom. The steam filled up the bathroom while taking a shower.
