Das neu renovierte Haus ist in sehr gutem Zustand mit neuen Geräten und Möbeln. Das Haus mit drei Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern verfügt über einen großen Garten mit Grill, Gartenmöbeln und altem Baumbestand. Dieses Haus ist perfekt für ein OSU-Sportereignis, einen Abschluss, eine Geschäftsreise oder nur ein paar Nächte mit Freunden. Wir haben versucht, den Platz zu maximieren, indem wir zwei Queensize-Betten, ein Etagenbett, ein Einzelbett mit Ausziehbett und eine Schlafcouch bereitgestellt haben. Damit können 10 Personen bequem im Haus schlafen.

The property is in a great location for game day. A quick half mile walk to prime tailgating. A straight walk of less than a mile to Boone Pickens Stadium.
The house was simple with a few cool touches to remind you that you’re in OSU Cowboy country.
TV with access to multiple streaming platforms and WiFi as well.

Overall, our stay was good. In my opinion, the property could use a little freshening up. First impression (curb appeal) could be improved. Front storm door didn't really close, and yard could have been cleaned up. The house is smaller than anticipated. Yes, it could have slept many, but not sure how that many would have functioned. Small living room (1 couch, and two chairs) Most furniture was uncomfortable though the beds were good. Kitchen remodel was nice and was nice to have washer and dryer. Craftmanship of remodel work was not great. I was also disappointed - though I knew from previous reviews that there wasn't really a table except from small snack counter on wall. My wife and I were hoping to work from home but was really not conducive. Again, I should have recognized that. We ended up going to public spaces and library to work. Overall it met our needs and was very clean.

Property is just as described. Perfect for family or friends to enjoy a weekend in Stillwater. It’s a little to far to from OSU campus to walk there but Uber or Lyft are available and a cheep way to get around if you don’t wish to drive. We would stay here again.

What a great house and location for a girls weekends to celebrate our sorority reunion. It had every thing we needed and well appointed and we loved the touches of OSU around the house. Will definitely consider this property again when I go back to Stillwater.

Clean, communicative staff, missing a few basic kitchen items. I bought salt and pepper and a strainer, which we left there for the next person.

This rental is just what they say it is. Plenty of space for everyone to sleep; we didn't use kitchen but it had everything we would have needed. Space outside to sit and unwind. The living room is a bit small so I wouldn't want a lot of people to be hanging out all day but we were there visiting our son so that was not our plan for the weekend; so this place was perfect.

In town for Mid South bike/run and had a great time! Location was perfect! Communication with property manager was quick and attentive. Would recommend/stay again

The house is located in a neighborhood just north of campus not far from the OSU presidents house. It was easy to find and the location was close to the XC course and campus.
You do need to bring your own soaps, shampoos etc but plent of towels, there was a hair dryer, ... didn't use the kitchen but seemed nice

We attended our son’s OSU December graduation. 5 adults stayed at the home comfortably. House is exactly as pictured. The only real complaint is in regards to the heating - house was either freezing or hot as hell. Could not get a comfortable temperature.

We had a great experience staying at Waterhouse. The location, neighborhood, cleanliness, size is perfect. There were plenty of all the extras that we needed too. The house is the perfect size for my family.. so much better than a hotel!!

This house was great for our stay in Stillwater for Summer college tours. Communication with owner initially was slow, but when we re-submitted questions, they were answered promptly.
Only drawback was the AC/Nest control was pre-programmed to be warn in the overnight hours and it would be very hot and uncomfortable. We could adjust the setting to our liking, but it would go back to the pre-programmed settings. A suggestion would be to ask guests their preferred settings for their stay. We were there during 100* temps.

Very accommodating
We weren’t able stay at the property we originally booked due to an incident with the AC, Alisha was extremely helpful getting us booked into another great house and we had a great weekend.

Disappointed
It was not as fresh & clean as anticipated from other reviews. It had an unpleasant odor, maybe from the carpet. The heater worked too well in some rooms & not enough in others. You need to supply your own bathroom toiletries- there were no soaps or shampoos. The vent fan did not work in the bathroom we used. The other bathroom shower did not get hot water. The room we stayed in had no lamps on side tables- just an overhead light- & since the bathrooms are so small a mirror & those lamps would have been helpful in the bedrooms. A homeless person knocked on the door 3x on Sunday as we were trying to leave asking for things, too.

We had a great time! Everything you could need was provided. The host and hostess were very responsive to any questions or needs we had. We would all stay there again. Great time with friends

OSU visit
We stayed at this house while visiting our daughter in Stillwater. We walked to the stadium for the football game. House was clean, beds were comfortable, and the backyard was nice. We would stay here again. Thank you!

Daughters Wedding
Looks a lot bigger online but worked out great!! Our concern we’re the dead bugs all over ceilings, also the live bugs that rush in from back door . May consider a bug light at front and back. Rugs in bathrooms look dirty and also the furniture which we covered to use, our hopes that the bed linens were clean . We we’re to tired to worry about that 1. Linens we’re stained as well . We found a broke glass in cabinet so left by sink. Also outdoor trashcans were full when we got there and stunk to high heaven, had our sandwiches at venue because no way our guests could’ve parked but thank you !!

Great Location & Communication
The location was perfect since it was just me and the kids in the stroller during the day. Within a mile to Boomer Lake, the park, and the awesome splash pad. Any issues or questions I had the owners were extremely responsive (faster than I expected all times of day). Overall a very successful work and family trip :)

The property was clean, everything you could possibly need was already at the house, and it was super close to anywhere you would possibly want to go!!

Golf / Baseball
Spent the weekend with friends. Played Cimarron Trails, Lakeside and went to a couple oSu baseball games at the new O'Brate Stadium. It's just an 8 minute walk from this property to O'Brate and wouldn't be much more to TBoone or GIA! Fantastic location!

It was a little smaller than I expected, it would have ben extremely crowded if we had a full compliment of 10 people.
Places to sit were limited, no chairs in the bedrooms other than the master.
The tub/shower in the hall bathroom could us a non slip surface because of its rounded bottom.
Would like to have had a toaster in the kitchen and a small table.
Overall had a very good time and convenient for our family wedding event in Stillwater

Our group was in town for a concert at the Tumbleweed. The house was updated, very clean, and had all of the amenities you would want in an VRBO! The owners were very friendly and sent a detailed message on everything you would need to know about the house. 10/10 recommend!

Campus vist
A friend and I stayed one night at this property in order to bring our children on a tour of the OSU campus. We arrived late and left early, but the home was clean and the beds were comfy! Our kids enjoyed sharing the room with the bunk beds and watching a movie before hitting the sack! Thank you for a wonderful stay!
