Despite being changed from family room for the three of us friends to two separate rooms we still had an enjoyable stay.

Location Amenities. Dyson hairdryer!!

Bathroom is small But most things are in HKG!

Location is in a prime area. No street noises and rooms are well kept and clean. Rooms are small but best use of space.

Sehr gutes Hotel.

Gute Lage in HKG. U-Bahn, Busse + alte Straßenbahn in direkter Nähe. 4* i.O. Sehr nette Hausdame.

It was clean, comfortable and in a good location close to transport links and for walks along the foreshore.

The location is really good. Easy to take a metro to anywhere and full of nice restaurants. Walking distance to the Harbour.

I booked in advance only to find out the price if anyone book closer to date is half of what I have paid…. Which was ridiculous. When we checked in the front desk lady was very rude but the gentleman at the checkout was very friendly.

Great three night stay in comfortable hotel

The price and good reviews attracted me first. We stayed here for three nights in a corner room. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good location for MTR and trams. Very quiet, we were on floor 16. Small supermarket over the road and close to small restaurants, shops and Starbucks. Bed was comfortable and I was especially delighted to find a Dyson hairdryer in the bathroom. The pillows do have a very thin plastic cover but it didn’t bother me.

Exceptional

The room is very comfortable and very clean! The staff are so friendly and nice. This hotel is not far from the MTR - Fortress hill station and you can use city tram or bus near the hotel.

Quite convenient location and near the airport bus stop. Bed was quite comfortable though pillows were slightly flat. Quiet stay

Nice stay at the heart of fortress hill hongkong

Location is superb. A lot of restaurants and near to Causeway bay. Also near to bus stop and mtr. U can use direct daily bus from airport which is cheaper than airport bus or airport express

Clean but the front desk staff attitude needs to improved to make people’s stay more comfortable.

Good location near main transport stations with many restaurants nearby.

The A/C cannot be adjusted and was set in cold mode. It eventually made me get a cold.

Very convenient location. Quiet (only 4 rooms per floor) Dyson hair dryer

If we can have normal hangers to hang and dry washed clothes in room, perfect!! We only have pre fixed hanger in closet.

Comfortable stay in bustling Tin Hau

Great location. Loads of place to eat nearby. Very comfortable bed. Friendly staff.

The air conditioning was too cold and very difficult to regulate. The cleaners changed the towels after only one night which seems contrary to the hotel's eco-pledge.

only four rooms per floor so it’s quiet. choose high floor

it’s 400m from Fortress Hill MRT so it’s quite a walk after a long day. not much shopping or to do in the vicinity. pillows are covered in plastic for hygiene. I wasn’t sure if I can remove them.

Superb

The room was very clean and they also were very attentive. We requested for a baby cot, they also provide a baby bath. So my baby could bathe, which was very nice with such weather. The hotel is nearby bus stations and 2 metro stations, so it was really convenient to travel. We had a late flight, so we came at midnight to check-in at the hotel, which was no problem.

Room smelled like smoke dispite it being a non smoking room. Both nights we were given 3 sets of towels for the 4 of us.

Great location and good value for money

Hotel is in a great location, Fortress Hill station is just down the road. Loads of food places nearby as well. Hotel was clean and very well stocked rooms. There is a mini fridge, wardrobe, dyson hair dryer in the bathroom and complimentary items.
