Appartement fonctionnel et agréable

Le personnel est très réactif. Nous pouvons demander des informations et des adresses via Whatsapp et ils répondent très rapidement. L’emplacement est super, le mobilier est neuf, la literie est propre et agréable. La piscine collective est bien entretenue.

Il y a les chiens des voisins qui aboient (prévoyez des bouchons d’oreilles si vous êtes sensibles au bruit).

Great pretty facility and Beautiful room, but air was old and smelled of damp rot.

air quality was bad. no a/c which is needed. Mold was visible on bathroom wall and the room smelled of humidity and dampness as if there had been a water leak and they had covered it up with new paint.

aplink kaimynuose daug šunų, kurie ir loja, ir staugia- ypač ankstų rytą. Nuo dar anksčiau- gaidžiai gieda. Tai su atidarytais langais miegoti- ypač sudėtinga. Miegamuosiuose pagalvių nemažai, tačiau neaukštų- tik po vieną.

Landschaftlich idyllisch gelegen, aber mit klaren Abzügen für die Rund-Um-Beschallung.

Helles, geräumiges Appartment mit Veranda zur Nordseite hin (mit Blick auf die Bananenplantagen und die Berge), seitlichem Meerblick mit Morgensonne und Poolblick mit Abendsonne. WLAN klappt hervorragend, die Kommunikation mit der Reiseagentur SUN-Travel war unkompliziert und die Reaktionen auf Mitteilungen kamen postwendend.

Vor allem das ständige Gekläffe und Gejaule der Hunde in der näheren und weiteren Umgebung. Da das Haus inmitten Bananenplantagen liegt, gibt es dort sehr viele Hunde. Irgendeiner bellt immer, auch nachts. Die unmittelbaren Nachbarshunde waren besonders nervig und erst nach Beschwerde bei der Reiseagentur wurde es endlich ruhiger. Das Mobiliar ist in die Jahre gekommen. Ein Toaster und eine Kaffeemaschine für Filterkaffee (statt der vorhandenen Kapselmaschine, für die es nirgends Kapseln dieser Größe zu kaufen gibt) wären zweckmäßiger. Es gibt keine Waschmaschine, für einen längeren Aufenthalt wäre auch das sinnvoll. Bei einem Handtuchwechsel hat das Personal wohl keinen Schlüssel und das Appartment soll für diesen Zweck nicht abgeschlossen werden. Ein Unding! Der Zugang zum Gelände funktioniert nur mit der Fernbedienung, die manchmal streikte, und die Hofeinfahrt ist sehr eng. Ohne Leihwagen kommt man hier leider nicht in angemessener Zeit zum Ziel.

Gerne wieder

Die Wohnung ist total luxuriös! Zwei Bäder für 4 Personen. Echt toll. Auch der Pool war mega. Die bananenplantage in der Nähe und ausreichend tolle Restaurants.

Die Lage an der Hauptstraße, allerdings hat man das am Pool und in den Räumen nicht so stark gehört! Auch nachts war es echt ruhig!

Private terrace surrounded by a wonderful garden. Apartment is perfect for two couples. The place is quiet even though there is a busy road next to it

There was only a capsule coffee machine in the kitchen, which only fits certain types of capsules. And these capsules were not sold in the nearest store....The kitchen equipment was otherwise modest, but there are several restaurants nearby

The hotel is near houses with dogs and roosters. So it was a little bite noisy. In the appartment, it was hot and there was no AC or fan. No door between bedroom and batheroom. Just a curtain. You need a beep to open the portal. But it is on the set of appartment's keys. When you leave, you must let these keys on the table. So you can't open the portal except if you run fast 😉 The personnal didn't answer when we asked them.

Good

Very nice apartments with great beds. Swimming pool was excellent. Make sure to visit the Madeira Banana Center nearby. Opened recently and we got a private tour with very friendly guides.

No airco. The domain is situated near a busy road and getting in and out safely with a car through the narrow driveway was a challenge. We rented two apartments above each other. The WIFI router was located in the bottom one and did not carry to the second apartment. The fridge in the top apartment gave a very unpleasant smell due to poor ventilation which they tried to hide with some fragrance sticks. After a couple of days and some ping-pong messages with the off-site staff, maintenance tried to fix it but smell hadn't disappeared and we shut it down completely. In the end they gave us a small discount, but these are the kind of problems you would rather not face when on holiday.

Great place to relax!

Great outdoor space, really quiet and in the middle of nature. Big beds and bathrooms, fully functioning kitchen with hob, microwave, oven and washing machine. Private outdoor space with table for meals outside

Maybe because its in the middle of nature, there were quite a lot of bugs in the house, many cobwebs in the ceilings and we saw 2 cockroaches in the house. Be aware that the bathrooms don’t have doors so be mindful of who you’re sharing the bedroom with.

Overall we enjoyed our stay but would not book again because of the difficult access

the apartment was comfortable and nicely decorated. Although there was a lot of dog barking during the day it was very quiet at night.

The property is situated just off a very busy road and it was difficult turning into a rather narrow drive. There was very limited cooking facility with only a hob and microwave and the barbecue was not functioning (needed a taller chimney)

Exceptional

Perfect stay! The whatsapp contact with the owners was very smooth and helpful. Property was extremely clean and covid-safe. The pool is extremely quiet and kept very clean. It's shared with a few other guests but never feels cramped. The beds are comfy and the fans in the bedrooms are very powerful. There is plenty of balcony space for breakfasts and dinners outside. The kitchen was well-stocked with cooking pans, cutlery, glasses and plates etc. We recommend you hire a car for your stay, and you can park in the secure gated area outside of your apartment.

There aren't many coffee pods but that was such a minor thing! Everything was perfect.

Breakfast N/a, all self-catering. Really lovely little complex, beautifully laid-out and tended, lovely pool. High spec accommodation, v well-equipped incl effective fan if you wanted (we just left the doors open to hear the sea) lots of space, lovely balconies, sea view (albeit w a small roof in the way!), MadeiraSun staff at the end of the phone v helpful.

The location was not quite what we expected. It was 150m from the beach, but not a particularly safe beach - beware the Atlantic waves! And a car is ESSENTIAL, which was not what we’d expected. The property adjoins a busy often noisy road and is between 2 v long tunnels which are NOT pleasant to walk in. Once we’d hired a car it was fine but wished we’d been told that from the outset, and other residents found the same problem.

Beautiful house & garden

The house is very well located right off the main road. The place is beautiful, including the garden, like a small hidden oasis. It has a nice swimming pool with great views of the hills behind. It is quiet which is what we wanted. There are cats around :) we stayed in one of the 2 bedroom houses. Beds are very comfortable, bathrooms were sparkling clean. We also met the cleaning lady who was super nice and gave us great tips, and also met us a couple of days after we checked out as we forgot something there. The lady managing the reservation was very kind and patient, and helped us a lot as we had to make several modifications due to flight changes, etc. We were greeted with a welcome basket full of traditional products, which was a really sweet surprise. We wish we could have stayed longer.
