Ambiente e panorama paradisiaco.

Fin dall'arrivo siamo stati accolti con molta gentilezza e simpatia . Nonostante il check-in fosse più tardi hanno provveduto a darci la camera immediatamente . Juliana e Simone sono due persone gentilissime ! Il relax , la tranquillità e la pace credo siano le parole chiave di questo fantastico posto . La camera arredata davvero bene , silenzio , pace , pulito e devo dire di non aver dormito mai meglio da nessun'altra parte . I dettagli fanno questa struttura ancor più speciale . Ci torneremo sicuramente !

Non credo ci sia qualcosa che si possa criticare !

Great place. Offers many daytime outdoor activites for those who are not out day tripping. We found the evening a little

The property was very beautiful and very clean. We also really enjoyed the breakfast and super welcoming feeling Mary brought to breakfast.

It was definitely isolated (as advertised). We had hoped to relax outdoors with a glass of wine each evening after long days of travel. The property was not conducive to sitting outdoors after dark. Not good lighting and the first time we attempted to sit on the covered area by the pool, we were literally chased by a feral animal that looked like large outdoor cat, but had a pointed nose. Scared us away from trying again.

Prachtig oud gebouw op heerlijke rustige plek.

Deze plek ligt buiten het dorp in een landelijk gebied. Heerlijk rustige plek. Mooi, oud gebouw met veel gangetjes waar je gauw de weg kwijt bent. Heerlijk zwembad met veel zonnebedjes en parasols. Via whatsapp kun je je drinken bestellen. De prijzen zijn redelijk normaal. Personeel staat voor je klaar. Onze kamer was ruim met hoge plafonds, met horren voor de ramen. Erg fijn. Ontbijt was erg uitgebreid, van koud tot warme gerechten, ook veel lokale gerechten. Diner in de avond beviel ook goed, er waren niet veel mensen die bleven dineren, maar heerlijk gegeten. Badkamer groot met ruime douche. Goed breed bed! Veel mogelijkheden om in de tuin te zitten op verschillende plekken.

Het is jammer dat je voor handdoeken voor bij het zwembad moet betalen. Er zijn niet heel veel zitjes buiten (onder overkapping) voor het ontbijt, waardoor je al snel binnen komt te zitten wat minder gezellig is, omdat het een kamer is die beetje uit zicht is. De badkamer heeft geen raam, waardoor het ventileren wat lastig kan zijn. Toilet zit beetje op onhandige plek. Je hebt wel een auto nodig.

Authentic and private, beautiful Tuscan landscape views Nice and artistic accommodation

wished the bed would have been king size, in such a big room (bed was queen size). watch the amenities in kitchen, only 1 fork in drawer, guests leave plastic cutlery, no espresso cups although espresso machine available in room

Perfect place to stay just outride of Siena !

It was clean and staff was super helpful with getting into town and back .. clean and beautiful !!

Little far from town but they were great with helping us get transportation into town and back.

A True Tuscan Experience

A beautiful old Villa, set into the hills of Siena, with magnificent gardens and breathtaking views. We were charmed by the large swimming pool, the comfortable rooms, the extensive breakfast setup and the friendly staff. Siena is only a stone-throw away and easily reachable by car. All in all a great experience - we will be back!

Very good

The location is amazing and it is extremely picturesque. It is exactly how I romanticised to spend time in Tuscany. We did have an issue on our first day after we arrived but one of the staff members, Vanessa went above and beyond to rectify the issue for us. Her actions were amazing and she completely turned our experience around. We can't thank her enough.

The room didn't contain any glasses or bottle opener (necessary in Tuscany). The drink service around the pool could be slow at times.

Amazing - highly recommend if you have a car hire and want to visit Siena.

Location was very quiet, but with quick access to Siena via car. Facilities were exceptional but also very quiet with not a lot of rooms. More than just a BnB, with lunch and dinner options. The owners have really thought it out.

Make sure you bring mosquito repellent to dinner. But this is not a fault of the property.

Slice of heaven in the countryside

The staff first of all were so nice and helpful. They helped us on where to go and where is best to eat, helped us with taxis, wineries and anything we needed. We got engaged in Sienna and had the most unforgettable stay. The food is amazing, the chef is the best! The room was so clean and better than the photos. LOVED IT WOULD GO BACK!

Tuscan haven

Eliza and Maurizio are great hosts. Very warm and accommodating. Other staff are also very cheerful and professional. All speak good English. Excellent breakfast with lots of choice for anybody. Lovely lunch and dinner. Beautiful grounds in stunning scenery. Nice pool with mix of sun spots or shaded areas for your preference. Good secure parking. Very comfortable rooms with great shower. Top quality experience with rustic charm and very reasonably priced. Loved it, and I will recommend it to anyone going to Italy.

Excellent stay! Highly recommend and would stay again

Excellent - would stay again and highly recommend! Especially Giulio was so nice, very welcoming, helpful and even served drinks and snacks by the pool at 40+ degrees Celsius. Thanks so much! The whole property is beautiful, very nicely done, it smells amazing everywhere and we enjoyed the great atmosphere. We stayed at the Suite with a view of Sienna, which was amazing, a lot of room, nice bed, bathroom, a small kitchenette with a fridge, very good AC, we slept very well. Should’ve booked for longer, but it was our favorite place out of 6 in total during a multi-week Italy holiday. Thanks once again!

it was a perfect 2 night stay.

delicious cakes delicious quiche and bread made with love and all baked at source. room was very clean, pool area was very clean as well. staff was very welcoming and nice. will return without a doubt.

Perfect hotel to unwind, enjoy scenic views and just slow down life a little bit.

Location and historic significance. Beautiful setting that’s quite with updated rooms. Exactly what I was looking for in Tuscany. Anytime you travel a long dirt road you know it’s going to be good.

We had a fabulous stay! The bed and pillows were really comfortable. The staff were great.

Breakfast was excellent - lovely fresh food and orange juice. Maria was so friendly and helpful.

One night there was no choice for dinner. The pasta dish was gorgeous but the meat dish was really just a sandwich. Also, the dessert was simply a melon. It might have been better to just serve the pasta.

Amazing hotel! Will come back for sure. Beautiful, peaceful, helpful staff, top service, amazing rooms, beautiful garden and swimming pool. Rooms are clean and smell incredibly good. Breakfast was the best I had in Tuscany. This hotel is one of a kind and I will definitely come back
