Niente.

De buiten ruimte, zwembad, vriendelijke medewerkers. De accommodatie was erg mooi gebouwd en ingericht!
Dat je in de openlucht kon dineren. ( misschien einde seizoen?)
Er was wel een serre.

Fantastic! A beautiful hotel, with all the facilities, lovely staff and food not too far from Arezzo

Beautiful grounds, well kept and peaceful. Loved the vegetable gardens and fruit trees all over the property. Just a magical place!
Even better, was the super friendly staff who went beyond their call of duty to assist with everything.
Everything was perfect.

The place is magical. The room was great, the pool was absolutely gorgeous and the food was great too.
WI-FI was very bad all over the property, I needed to work a little bit and pulling in emails was basically all I could do and this took a while. However, when you go you should make sure that you are not in need of a lot of WI-FI anyway.

Beautiful place, the most relaxing place we have stayed

Cuprena is something really special. You can see from the pictures how beautiful the whole estate is and it certainly doesn’t fail to deliver, but what you might miss is how genuine it is. The food you eat really is grown within touching distance of the table (and it’s delicious), the pool really does merge into the trees which spill down a small valley to a winding river, and the staff really do make you feel like you’re being welcomed into their house instead of a hotel. In a way this is true, as Chiara (the owner) works harder than anyone to make sure every guest is looked after.
The rooms are beautifully finished, benefitting from the fact that the farmhouse is a new building, built sensitively from local and reclaimed materials. You therefore have all the charm of an old building, but with the functionality of modern materials - we stayed in the height of summer and only turned the air conditioning on once for a few minutes.
Two things sum up the experience for us. Firstly the rooms have no numbers, the staff know you by name and that’s enough. Secondly you could go an entire day and barely see another guest if you didn’t want to, there are only a handful of rooms and more areas to relax than guests.
The combination of nature and luxury really is addictive - Cuprena has instantly become a favourite of ours!
Honestly, nothing.

very nice accommodation, rooms beautifully designed and clean. Breakfast offers a tremendous choice, and dinner is actually of high standing as well.Chiara the owner and her staff are very friendly, excellent service.

Amazing staff that were super accommodating and kind. Beautiful pool and overall property.
Mosquitos were an issue but we appreciated that they offered bug spray for us to use free of charge. Also, we wish there were more things to do on the property.

Breakfast was fantastic, included fresh berries picked that same morning, wonderful baking, excellent coffee. Staff very friendly and spoke good English. The setting is beautiful and quiet, but there is much to see and do in the area.
Very expensive for what it was. Room small for 4 people. Pool was cloudy , couldn't see your hand in front of you. Did not clean it till the end of the week. Beautiful property but room was small for 4 people. Seems to be a place most suited for couples, less so for a family. Gym facilities seemed to be an afterthought, small space, minimal equipment. Restaurant expensive and food did not justify prices. We left before breakfast the day of our departure, receptionist said they'd leave breakfast for us, but it wasn't there - they sent an apology but I would expect more reliable service/larger room at this price point.

Nothing - all great.

The setting is beautiful and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. It's an easy taxi ride back and forth to the centre of Arezzo.
The gym is just a shed with barely any equipment.

Beautiful Tuscany hotel with friendly staff. The room was beautifully designed and comfy. Great view of the farm from the room. Free sauna was a bonus. We stayed for two nights and drove to Florence one of the days.
Dinner at the hotel was not so great. Had the prawn carpaccio which was not well seasoned, and the calamarata pasta was too salty.

We loved everything from the main house, to our simple
but tastefully decorated room, to the perfectly tendered gardens and the oh so lovely pool area.
Nothing at all

A beautiful setting
Oh my goodness as seasoned travellers we always trust Booking.com reviews but this time something was badly wrong! Cuprena is clearly a summer location and felt all but closed but they were still happy to take our money.
It was freezing cold, the room smelled badly of drains, the bed was like a block of concrete, there were cigarettes in the ashtrays in our room from previous guests, the only indoor seating area is one sofa by reception…..I could go on.
The staff were sweet but inexperienced and we did not meet anyone who suggested what we might like to do during our stay or attempt to enhance our holiday in any way. it felt like the owners were away.
Cuprena gets a big thumbs down from us.

the property, location & dinner at the restaurant were all you could have hoped for & more.
the bicycles are in need of a bit of attention / maintenance.

The staff was so kind, thoughtful and helpful. They really made our visit to Tuscany a very memorable and meaningful event.

Such a lovely place. The property was in tuscany old style but new renovated with a touch of modernity. With a small restaurant with great cook! They made lots of effort to please our wishes and needs. The kids love to discover new things in the vegetable garden and play with the cats. The room was spacious and cleaned everyday. Chiara (and also all the staffs) from the reception was so helpful and friendly.
Some of the outdoor areas are left to the nature - which needs to be cleaned. The lovely pavilion need to be cleaned up as this is actually the best place to have a glass of wine or drink coffee in the morning.

All the staff were excellent and the inclusions like free minibar and beautiful breakfasts made our stay very memorable.. The pool area and sauna were a great way to relax

The pool
Please install blackout blinds - the early morning light is unbearable.
Additionally, the insulation in the rooms is no existent, so be prepared to hear everything.

Very beautiful & luxury hotel / agroturismo 10km North of Arezzo, just above a river. Design furniture and decoration, bravo!
There was a mix of breakfast buffet and menu options.
The staff was helpful and hardworking but the hotel looked a bit understaffed (2?) to deal with the multiple breakfast orders and the trillions cappucini to serve in the same time. Dommage !
